My daughter ordered a breakfast wrap but after a few bites it was still FROZEN! She complained and they said they hadn’t received any other complaints and refused to remedy the situation. This is a good safety issue and is unacceptable. Really poor customer service.

Good coffee and nice staff, but the line is always ridiculous. Most of the time we will go to a different location just because of the line.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a cup of overpriced coffee.
Love this Starbucks never have had a problem with it. Always make my drink's correct only problem is that they are always UNDER STAFFED. So there might be a line. I would be waiting in line just watching a poor boy handling 6+ drinks by himself. Other than that no problem with it just need to hire more baristas.

2 times in a row I went to this Starbucks to have my latte come out FULL of chunks. I don’t know what they were chunks of, but if made my drink so unappetizing I had to throw it away.
