Order a mocha and I did not taste like any other mocha from Starbucks that I’ve had. Tastes like milk with a little bit of cocoa powder with whipped cream. Would not recommend.

Great staff ~ fun & friendly Barista’s, drinks & food have always been spot on & my food is never waiting on a drink, outside is cozy & inside is comfortable and clean. Its 4:45am I stood by the register for 5mins no one said good morning ill be with you in just a moment so I said hello good morning I am standing right here That's when I was acknowledged and the young lady said we are really busy, I said ok However your not to busy to say hello or good morning ill be with you in just a moment, she says ok what do you want.. excuse me can we start off by saying hello or good morning how can I help you She says ok what do you want so at this point I said nothing.. And she went back to doing other customers drinks I am one of millions of customers who keeps starbucks in business this was a rude treatment and the manager just allowed for that interaction to happen This starbucks I will not visit again.

My first lap through the drive thru, they said they couldn't accept credit card payments at the time. I left, made a mobile order, and returned for pickup. The girl was nice, but the drink was definitely made wrong - which I didn't realize until driving away. I didn't have time to go back through a third time, so it was disappointing at best.

Ordered a falafel pocket and got a chicken pocket instead. Vegetarians beware! Employees need to be cognizant on what they are giving out and labeled.

Absolutely terrible ordered an iced drink and they tried handing out a hot one and was told there to be iced and instead of making a new one they dumped the hot over ice and handed it out. Absolutely not how it was to be made. As a Starbucks manager I know what Starbucks asks
