Haven't been here for a long time a they gotten worse on service since then got rid of table side service. Now you have to order on a kiosk. Also your staff doesn't give two flips about service, they don't seem happy and don't smile, they make you feel unwelcome they only care about drive through and don't care about dine in at all! Also dinning room is always dirty.

We ordered online through the app. When we got there, despite the fact we had our receipt showing we paid and it was the correct location, they said they didn’t have our order and there was nothing they could do. The manager was absolutely no help at all. We were charged and received no food. Manager was unhelpful and unfriendly.

My wife ordered my food as we were driving separately. She used the drive and got the whole family something. Once I got my burger they had forgotten a few things that I had requested. (Not a big deal at all). What I didn't like is that when I went in I was seen by the lady working the grill. No greeting or "we will be right with you." I stood there for roughly another 4-5 min before I was helped. During this time the lady working the grill had removed gloves they proceeded to touch a customers bun with their bare hands as they started putting on the toppings. After this she walked back to the grill and wiped their hands on their pants then proceeded to add cheese to the burgers on the grill. If you go here I would order from inside and watch them with your order.

The food was passible the restaurant is disgusting tea looks like brown water. Soda machines do not work correctly and to top it off you have to scan a code to have access to the soda machine that they want you to self-serve but yet want you to jump through hoops to be self served bottom line this place should be shut down

My food was made and then I was told I had to wait 20 minutes for my shakes. When I asked what they could do I could they remake my food or somehow keep it warm- The manager, Jessica said nope we will not be remaking your food. We won’t be doing anything with it and when I started to question like how I could get a refund, she walked away and told me just have a good night and I could deal with it on the Steak ‘n Shake app that I used. How am I supposed to get a refund when it doesn’t even say on the app that you can?
She didn’t offer to take my name down so I can get my shakes at a later date nothing she just kept telling me to have a good night and would not talk to me. What’s the use of a manager if they won’t talk to a customer and have some kind of positive outcome?
When I mentioned this to my husband, he knew exactly who I was talking about because she was extremely rude the other day when we came in the same Manager named Jessica.
The cook is amazing. He’s the only one that Actually put forth effort to even try and do anything. And of course, the manager, Jessica’s in the background telling him to get back to work and not to talk to me..

Unimpressed to say the least. As someone who is not allowed to have carbonated beverages or beverages with sugar it was a huge imposition for them to not have any unsweetened ice tea. The only option I had was water. Then they uppriced my husbands coke

The food is always good. But if you order online they will short your order by adding any sauce inside of your fry pouch. So it looks like you have a full order but you don't. Never had anything bad to say about the food quality itself though
