Ordered a mobile order and arrived when it said my order was complete. However, when I entered they had not even begun my order. Then my order was not started until 20 minutes later, while they prioritized other customers online orders that were order after mine. I ordered online for a reason expecting to ‘pick up’ my food. Not to wait in the same line as everyone else. All in all, I had to wait 40 minutes for my online order to be complete, and just for everything to taste old and be cold..

Every time I come here the line is to the door, people walk out I would too but ordered online. Something needs changed asap.

Has more than once forgotten the multiple cookies in my delivery orders (probably 50% of the time get a correct order if I do delivery) and then says we're S.O.L when we call. Says we have to drive the 30 minute round trip ourselves to go pick up new cookies (which I can't today, we both have the flu, the whole reason we did delivery this time), or they can refund us after we call back another day and talk to their manager. There has been little to no remorse or apologies for their errors most of the time, too. We've always made a point to be polite when calling, but to be repeatedly met with blatant disrespect and indifference is so infuriating.

Bread was horrible. One employee had hair all over her coat, and didn’t seem to friendly. One of the employees was new ( which is no issue) but he was left alone upfront and had to step away and ask for help. It seemed like the other person didn’t want to help.

Once again this Subway is proving why people go months even years without stepping in its doors. I ordered my son a 6 inch sub combo with double meat and the sub was 4 inches and barely had meat on it, I dont even think it was the normal amount .It was 13.99 and to make matters worse the company that delivered it to our house only offered a $2.61 refund after lying and claiming they could find where I ordered it till I gave them the order number on the reciept.It bad enough that people can barely feed their families anymore and when they can treat them, they get lied to, overcharged and robbed by these fast food workers , companies, and delivery services. Guess it's time to contact corporate and start going to Elmos and Jimmy Johns who don't try and rob you.

Waited for 50 minutes in the line to get help. One employee just walked off and left for 30 min while on the clock. Horrible service. People were leaving it took so long and the girls were applaud that people were leaving. I’m like yea good for them because you’re taking way too long. Food was good though. This was Tuesday evening.

I don’t know why I continue to go through subway because when I worked there it was a terrible experience! Anyways, went to this subway like I have a million times before without issue. This time was worse!!! I told my husband that subway was the worst job I had and one of the employees were like why and I explained the situation! Not only was my sandwich wrong but I got food poisoning from two bites!!!! My husband called and requested a refund because we didn’t eat all of the sandwiches due to throwing them away and we have the receipts!!!! They even asked for my husbands last name(because he as well worked for them two years ago) ! A girl named sierra said she’d call right back which she did and had an attitude (which I’ll be calling corporate) and said if you have a problem with subway you can go elsewhere!
