One year later after freezing it and it was amazing. I can believe it tastes good after a year in the freezer. Note that we did a buttercream cake and that probably helped a lot.

We ordered 4 dozen cupcakes in 5 varieties and a specialty cake for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday. Emily designed everything just as we requested and even better than expected! The flavors of the filled cupcakes were delicious and the marble specialty cake with French vanilla custard was out of this world! So moist and flavorful; our family was truly pleased! They traveled well on the 2 hour trip just as you said they would!

Emily did an amazing job for our wedding cake and dessert table! She was a pleasure to work with and so helpful and kind through the whole process. The desserts were delicious and everyone literally loved them! Even the gluten free and sugar free cupcakes were a hit. People without those dietary restrictions had some too, and they said you couldn't even tell! I asked her if she could set aside 2 of each dessert to make sure my husband and I were able to taste everything even if we missed it at the reception (which we did miss nearly all of them!). She put them in little boxes for us and it was so nice to be able to enjoy them the next day. The cake was stunning, everything tasted amazing, and I would like to come back for anniversary desserts as a special treat for us each year.

I ordered a celebration cake from Sweet Em"s and it was perfect! The cake was moist and delicious, I received excellent customer service and felt the cost was very reasonable. To top it all off I didn't have a specific theme or idea of how I wanted it decorated but Sweet Em's jumped right in and the cake I picked up was absolutely beautiful and very fun. I will definitely order from Sweet Em's again and recommend this cake shop to all my friends and family!!!

I needed the cake less than a week, and they were wonderful in making it happen.. Next time I get a professional cake, I am buying from here again..
