This review is for the Taco Bell on the east side of Goshen, on LLW. (With multiple locations, I think it's important to rate each restraunt separately.)
I have never been disappointed with the food here. Mostly consistent quality (my last tacos could have used a little more filling) and always fresh.
Service has been mixed, but I've never had a really bad experience (unlike McDonald's right down the road, which is consistently bad.)
We usually order a meal here every week or two. I can recommend this location.

Their food is very small portions and if you ask for extra ingredients like sour cream they charge you way too much and then they only put one spot in the end of the burrito the Taco Bell in Goshen Indiana sucks ass. And if you complain about the food it gets worse

If I could give less than one star I would. Food is consistently wrong. And not just a little wrong. Completely different than you’ll order. Stale hard shells all the time. One of the worst Taco Bell’s in this area. Avoid it.

This location is notorious for getting orders wrong. Im either missing full items and/or items given are half made or the portion is off. I will start checking my order before I drive off. Honestly might drive to the other one in town. I’m just disappointed how often this has happened. Money wasted, no refunds. Y’all breakin muh heart

Need to adjust attitudes. Everyone is rude and act like ur a nuisance to them. Gm needs to get her workers under control. If u don't want to smell weed don't go here
Just went through the drive through after work and order 2 spicy potato soft tacos, got home and there isn’t a single potato on it at all. Tried to call twice and nobody picked up.

Let's see because someone doesn't know how to do there job they didn't have the item that I ordered in my combo they had zero problem charging my card for the pre order. When my Bf got there he was told that he was holding up the line that there was paying customer behind him excuse me our combo was paid before arrival at the store !!! When I purchase an meal I expect that many items to be put in the meal not oh we can have an free taco next time. 1. I paid for fresh food like everyone eIes. 2. I paid for so many items 3. Asked for refund which hasn't been refunded That's stealing!!!
