Let's see because someone doesn't know how to do there job they didn't have the item that I ordered in my combo they had zero problem charging my card for the pre order. When my Bf got there he was told that he was holding up the line that there was paying customer behind him excuse me our combo was paid before arrival at the store !!! When I purchase an meal I expect that many items to be put in the meal not oh we can have an free taco next time. 1. I paid for fresh food like everyone eIes. 2. I paid for so many items 3. Asked for refund which hasn't been refunded That's stealing!!!

I recently went to the drive thru and my spicy potato taco literally only has 4 potatoes and there is barely any lettuce or cheese. Please check your food before you leave the store. On the bright side the workers were nice.

I’m a bit disappointed and frustrated at this point. This location is one of the better ones in goshen IMO, but would it really kill yall to pay a little more attention to customizations on orders? Don’t make it an option to customize meats and have us pay extra just for yall to not do it anyways. It’s a waste of time and money if you’d just do it right the first time.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. If you ask for a burrito, you might get a taco or a burrito that has a dried, cracked tortilla that you can barely chew and swallow. Go to the Taco Bell down by Meijer. Much better.
