This place was horrible. Order at kiosk pick your food up at counter. No restrooms to was your hands before you eat. We had to eat in the dark. It was just bad.

Food was room temp and there was hardly any meat when I called and complained about my order the manager on duty claimed I was lying to him and how it was “not his problem” this has happened 2 times and I will not be going back

Rude employees, as well as they claimed the lobby was closed, while the door was unlocked and terminals up and running. Waited until I put my order in to tell me they were closed. They also have a bad habit of skimping on the food you order. Horrible location.

This place is close to work. I go once in a blue moon ..but there is a guy that works there that I think hates his job! So disrespectful and just not nice! He works the drive thru sometimes! (Ps get a job u like)

I'd like to say thank you to the people at Taco Bell at 1819 Lincoln Way East in Goshen indiana. My car stopped running and I had to wait almost 3 hours before my insurance company sent out someone to assist me. The staff at the Taco Bell showed such concern for me and my dog and came out and checked on me several times as I would. Bless you all.

The drive thru was broken so they had the inside open for the first time since covid started. Being closed that long you would expect the inside to be clean and it was for the most part. The drink area was filthy though. I stood at the counter for about two minutes while the girl that was working was texting away on her phone. She looked up at me and continued to text. When she was finally done I asked her if it was okay to order and she looked annoyed. I ordered and as soon as I said that was all she went back to her phone. I slid my card in and finally had to say nothing is happening. She looked up and pushed a button which allowed the card reader to start working and went back to her phone. I got my cups and of course they were out of Mt Dew so I asked if they would fill it from the drive thru machine but that was out also. I had three drinks to get back to the car but had to ask a manager walking by to get me a drink carrier because the other girl was to busy on her phone to notice anything else. Got home with my food and my granddaughter's taco was smashed in pieces and my chicken cantina tacos were only half full. I had just had these at Taco Bell in Nappanee and what a difference there was. Nappanee was fast, friendly and the food was made correctly. I blame the manager at the goshen store for being inattentive to what is going on in his presence and not caring about the customer experience. Whoever works the day shift should replace the dinner guy because I've never had that bad of service there before.

Kinda miss the cheaper prices, but ate the regular tacos and $2 menu, the tacos had a perfect crisp, cheese was good, but they was scared to add a little more.

This location is the most dysfunctional taco bell ever. We all learned a lot of new curse words that week said very loud by the employees. The F-word was by far the most favorite for them to blast out loud so the entire restaurant can hear. I lost count on how many times each employee said I'm walking out..... Or F-this place. Again all out loud.... The owner of this franchise needs to shut this location down and re start later with new staff top to bottom. I will not be back again. If I could give it negative stars I would.

The manager with a tattoo on his arm, was amazing when we went! Excellent customer service, makes things right and goes above and beyond. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for fast, quality service.

Terrible service! Would rather talk about how short staffed they were, with 4 people "working" unless you want to spend 20 to 30 mins waiting on food I'd just take your business elsewhere !

This was a late visit, the drive thru guy sighed as we placed our order then we pulled around to pay and we were told it was gonna take 10 minutes for our food.....it took about a minute for us to get our food, and we found out why....it was cold and old and next to any meat on any of our chalupas

Made me pull over for 4 little chicken melts, when there was already a car in the waiting spot. They got angry when I parked on the side across from drive through windows like other restaurants instead of parking in front of store.
