Do not go to the one winter last night are older my food like at 6:00 pm and I got it at 7:00 pm
Went inside got my order off the machine because they won't acknowledge you at the counter. I stood there for almost 5 minutes. Ordered my food and two people got there stuff before me. Drive through cars that shown up after I ordered got their food before me. This taco bell is awfully managed.... won't be back to this taco bell or any for a while.

The guy Eddie that runs the place is amazing he keeps everything nice and clean and orderly. & there's this cute girl named Lee who's always there as well she's so friendly and does her job so well she definitely needs a raise. But over all this is my favorite Taco Bell in all of Goshen and Elkhart. Great job guys

Its hit and miss here.. sometimes you get a great staff member and a pleasant visit, but others you just want to throw the cold soggy food back at them because they dont know how to treat people. Eye rolls and groans from a little Hispanic girl that runs the drive thru are not welcoming at all.

They incorrectly made my food. They argued with me when I told them it was wrong. Proceeded to make it incorrectly again. Finally the third time made it right but no apologies even when I showed them the receipt that I was right. My son’s slushy was only a quarter frozen. Another customer stated their cinnamon twists tasted like burnt oil. So evidently they aren’t changing their oil properly. Our food at least tasted good after they made it correctly. It’s unacceptable to treat a customer like they did. Restaurant was generally clean though so giving 3 stars there

I’ve been here a few times and every time I come in the morning, I’m met with rudeness and an aggressive attitude. My receipt states “Imelda” as the cashier so I assume that’s who is talking on the speaker and at the window. She makes every visit a bad one and has no manners. No please, thank you, or you’re welcome. Just disrespectful time and time again and speaks rudely when she is corrected since she often messes up my order. Simply because you allow your customers to be treated like this, I won’t be back to this location. I suggest you find better people to interact with customers.

I asked for 2 burrito supreme’s. I got 1 beef burrito supreme & 1 bean something that was mushy. Very disappointed. I paid for before burritos supreme’s. I guess I’ll have to find another location. Too bad that one was ideal

Haven’t had a bad experience going through the drive through. Granted, I don’t have a wide enough selection of different items on the menu to justify my review. Typically I get like 2-3 different items on the menu and haven’t tried anything else. There hasn’t been any issues with incorrect orders yet and traffic here isn’t terrible.
