You will be forced into using the kiosks to order. You can only pay with a credit/debit card. You will NOT receive a paper receipt. Even though customer sales were VERY low, the place is filthy, yet the employees were just standing around.

Normally have pretty good service. But recently went and the girl forget some of my food and when I came up to the counter to ask for my missing item she was trying to ignore me and I stood there trying to get her attention and then she acted like I was lying about missing an item until she looked at my order. Only person I've had a problem with their most of the other employees are good.

Went to taco bell with my husband and mother in law. We weren’t greeted at the door. Used the Kiosk because no one came to the register,just looked at us. We ordered we got our food pretty fast but the fries weren’t the fries I ordered but I was hungry and didn’t feel like arguing with anyone lol. I’d give them 3-10 the taco was good the service was just terrible oh and the table we sat at was NOT clean
Update 6/25/2024 The rgm called us to disrespect us saying we cussed the worker we spoke with today out. We did not do any such thing. we begged for help to return the fraudulent charges. The rgm is a rude disrespectful human being and threatened us. She Did not try to help in anyway. Only called to degrade us!!!! 6/24/2024 They charged our credit. Card 21 times tonight. When I called the manager, he said it's not his problem. I asked for the owner to contact me asap. The manager said the owner doesn't deal with customer complaints. News flash to both of you. Stealing 500.00 is not a customer complaint. It's theft and fraud. Called our credit card company they are working on blocking the charges stay away from this location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL!!!!!!!
