Came through the drive thru, ordered 30 tacos. Barely any meat on them. Call the store and ask about a meat scoop (used to work for TB for 9 years i know the drill) lady walks out to her person to ask if they are using a meat scoop and dude smacks the meat scoop hard enough you can tell that's why there's only a tablespoon of meat on ear of our tacos. $60 for tacos and no meat. Oh and the manager hung up the phone on me after I told her I can hear that they guy is smacking g the scoop and that's why there's no meat on any of our tacos. Will not come back to this one again. I bet those food costs were good today now weren't they!.?

I don't understand why this is becoming more of a thing at Taco Bells all across America, but it seems that this one has gone to a full kiosk inside! It is ridiculous, and when I asked for someone to actually take my order, I was informed they do not take orders anymore. Look, if places want to add a Kiosk, then fine, but to tell me that I am not able to have a human take my damn order is ridiculous! I am a truck driver, so I can not go through the drive-tru window, and I shouldn't be forced to do the restraunts job of taking my order!

It was just another visit to Taco Bell with my friends, and I ordered my usual. One of my friends ordered the chicken nuggets, but they didn’t have the right sauce. That’s when Zarriah, an amazing employee, stepped in. She went out of her way to help and even offered her own sauce. She was incredibly kind and made the experience way better.

Not sure what is so hard about making a supreme taco. This taco bell has never got it right for me. They get everything else right. The add ons and extras for burritos and whatnot but for some reason it is too much to ask that they put tomatoes and sour cream that I paid for on the taco.

You will be forced into using the kiosks to order. You can only pay with a credit/debit card. You will NOT receive a paper receipt. Even though customer sales were VERY low, the place is filthy, yet the employees were just standing around.
Normally have pretty good service. But recently went and the girl forget some of my food and when I came up to the counter to ask for my missing item she was trying to ignore me and I stood there trying to get her attention and then she acted like I was lying about missing an item until she looked at my order. Only person I've had a problem with their most of the other employees are good.
