DIRTY NASTY My food was colder then my drink cause they don't have ice my fries weren't even cooked the bacon was undercooked the patties were overcooked the guy taking my order had tattoos all over his face and not a straight line in sight it's like he let his cat do it that place needs to be closed down the health department needs to go in there

Cold nuggets, cold oversalted fries. Can’t even bother filling the fry container up. Rushed through the drive through. Called the store to let them know, and they clearly couldn’t care less. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Employees do not know what cheese is on new mushroom burger, and no the garlic sauce IS NOT CHEESE... no revamped taco salad. Drive thru speaker was so loud I went to taco bell with my ears bleeding... get it together Wendy's, never been this bad before.

never in my life have i experienced this type of disrespect before at a place, and i never am the one to complain or write bad reviews being someone who works in fast food, but i was waiting to use the bathroom for a good 15 minutes and when i had gotten done using it i was told by my bestfriend the workers were talking shit about me for being a PAYING customer using the bathroom ? maybe if one of your coworkers wasn’t just in there scrolling on their phone more people would have been in and out ☺️
Stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to order. I guess nobody wanted to do their job. As I walked out, I said something to employee wiping down tables. There were no cars in the drive thru. This is why I have no respect for fast food employees. You all want "living wages", but good luck finding people actually working.
