I always order their spicy nuggets and I want them fresh... I have been doing it every since they've been serving them and I don't normally have an issue but tonight I ordered and the server Sarah in the drive thru had a attitude when I placed my order she totally ignored me when I said I would wait on fresh nuggets... so I thought maybe she's just having a bad night I got my food it wasn't fresh so I told them about it well she snatched the nuggets out of my hand and shoved the regular nuggets at me my response did you just snatch this bag out my hand her response well I didn't try to she rolled her eyes and slammed the drive thru window in my face!! I went back through the line and someone else came to the intercom and I asked for her name and explained what happened the guy lied and said he couldn't give out her name so I looked at my receipt and her name was Sarah I said I would like my money back and I'm reporting you too because I don't appreciate you lying to me refusing to give me her name to try and cover for her after she mistreated me I'm calling management and corporate about the matter I will not go back

When I have a fast food craving, I come here. The food is always fresh and appetizing. Eryen, there store manager, has done a great job on keeping the atmosphere and food going at 100%. I will continue to make this my first choice place to eat. Again, thank you, Eryen. For making the experience, I had their genuine. Couldn't ask for a better manager to run my favorite fast food joint in goshen.

I live literally about six minutes away and ordered food for delivery.The nugget sauce we asked for was not delivered and despite the restaurant being so close to my house and the delivery driver delivering on time, our food was ice cold, all of it and looked to be very old, like it had been sitting out the whole day.Fries were soggy , cold, mostly stuck together and tasteless.The crispy chicken patty on my sandwich was old, cold,and tough, obviously from sitting out, and once again tasteless.My sandwich was even missing a few things I even asked for.We all know what fast food looks like when it's not made fresh upon or close to the time of order, and has been sitting out all day and my order looked just like thar.There was no reason my food shouldn't of been made fresh when I ordered around 3pm and my order was " made" and delivered in under 20 minutes. It should of been hot upon delivery like it has been in the past.Absolutely no reason for it and just pure laziness.

I ordered on the app while I was at work for the deals, I go to pick it up and they had my food ready as soon as I got to the window, it was cold and soggy like it’s been sitting for an hour. I’ve ordered from the app at that same store before and they have never made it at time of ordering, they make it when you pull up. It was disgusting, and the chicken sandwich I got literally had nothing on it (photo) for no reason? Done with Wendy’s. Sad day… also their nuggets have a funky fish taste. it’s a problem. I’d recommend avoiding this place
My Dave’s double looked horrible and seemed like they had just microwaved it. The fries tasted like old oil and were cold. Overall, my experience was horrible. I expected better from Wendy’s.

This restaurant has the RUDEST employees around! They just hand your bag out and shut the window ....no " thank you " no "here's your food" nothing! They didn't include my wrap with my order and when I told them (without even leaving the drive thru window) the lady actually said to me "well I made it" ...they found the wrap in. Separate bag on the counter! The food here is never hot cheese never melted on the sandwich just a cold slice placed on a line warm sandwich! The restaurant it itself is decent but definitely not worth the rude staff and not fresh or hot food! Don't recommend
