Every time I come in, the staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely upbeat. They greet you right away, answer questions without rushing, and make sure the order is exactly right.
My smoothie was made quickly, tasted super fresh. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place clean and running smoothly. They also have food which I did not know. I will have to try that next time. I’ll definitely be back!

Walked into Smoothie King, no one greeted us hello or welcome in. We stood at the register and felt completely ignored as if no one even saw us. We were the only people in the store. Then, one of the employees got on her phone, again without acknowledging us, so I had to ask if we could order.
Very unprofessional. You don’t have to be the happiest ever, but at least acknowledge the customers in the store.

I order here weekly. All of a sudden you can’t add peanut butter to a glp-1 almond berry smoothie because it’s made for diabetics….my son is a type 1 diabetic and well, yes. He can have peanut butter.. The girl also stated they didn’t have a strawberry blugurt blitz on the kids menu- although the website clearly states that they do. Very unfriendly and argued over everything. Stating she didn’t know what I was ordering. Which, was off their menu…
Only drive through, but plenty of options. Especially if you want a smoothie but are trying to make healthy decisions 🙂

Don’t normally leave reviews but felt the sassy young lady behind the counter should maybe realize you get more bees with honey.
Customer service jobs are just that, serving customers. Not making the customer work around you and feel unwanted in the establishment when they don’t know their order, right as they walk through the door. (Especially when the whole place is empty.) Then walk away and make the customer wait 5mn before returning as a punishment. Then saying that part of the menu is no longer available “because it’s 10mn before we close” with plenty of GTFO layered underneath.
Good luck with the real world young lady. Best of luck to the owner. The smoothies were really freaking good though.
