I came in to get a coffee order because my wife likes the coffee from this place. Personally me and my wife will never come back here again. The barista took my order which had a cold brew and a hot Carmel machioto which she took. I gave a tip more than 20% because I have been a server myself. Shortly after that they called my name when they had one coffee done but not the whole order. I expected them to make the whole order because I personally would not make a order and release it to a customer when it is only half complete. So I asked if the other drink was done too. The lady then got very hostile stating that she had just got the order and would need time to make it. I told her that's fine it's just my name was cold so I was confused as to what was actually happening because like I said, I wouldn't call out a order half made but that's just me. She then stated rudely again that she would need time get the order ready. I ended up leaving wondering why I even came to this place when dunking is literally on the same Plaza and delivers much better service

Just ordered coffee on the app for a quick pick up on my way to work I put the order in 15 minutes before I arrived and they hadn't started it. The place was a ghost town the ladies working were just gabbing. They didn't greet me or ask anything they noticed me and then made the drink tossed it on the counter and went back to their conversation. No name tags either.

Even if there are four people working, it still takes just as long to get a basic black coffee. After giving benefit of the doubt, it seems super intentional on their part. Today we waited 15 minutes for a single black coffee that was already brewed.

worker was rude and basically threw the drinks at us they almost fell off the counter. we forgot to tell her that some of the drinks were cream based and didn’t have coffee and she reacted so unprofessionally and was mumbling the whole time she made them. also tried to say that if we did it again we would have to pay AGAIN for the drinks because it was a waste of product. i work in food service too and that is NOT how it works

Do not go to this location if you need prompt service. This location has very poor time management and takes a very long time to make drinks. It took 21 minutes for 2 drinks. I also asked the barista how much longer I could expect and she ignored me. After all of that, I requested no whip on my drink and the cup also indicated no whip. Same barista did added the whip… how surprising. Definitely need a change of management and staff.
