Online ordering is frequently turned off at this location, and the past two times I have ordered, it was not the correct item. Today, it took 12 minutes from the time I checked out at the cashier to the time I had a drink, which wasn’t right. My drink, once I got it, was great!!
They’re all trying, I just think this Starbucks is severely understaffed and the other two in town are inaccessible since they are in grocery stores.

Had a confusion on the app and ordered a drink wrong, Summer was so kind she fixed it for me and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden at all! She was incredibly kind and patient!
