Me and my boyfriend have been to this arbys twice in the past week and his food has been completely stale. He orders a #1 combo and each time something has been wrong with the bread. I went back and asked to have his sandwich switched due to the bread being stale and rock hard, when i looked through the drive theough window every sandwich that is on the menu is already pre-made sitting under the heat lamp. Whenever you work in fast food/ restaurant service it is mandatory all food be made fresh so less sickness’s occur! I’ve personally worked in the food industry my whole life and any time there was an issue it was a violation which led to an inspection! I understand the reasoning on pre-making the food because there is only ever one person working there but the company should put out “help wanted” signs and maybe try to get more workers!

My bottom bun is hard as a rock. I called. She said yeah new buns and we tried to run them through the toaster to soften it up. Seriously Arby's. I suggested let the customer know 1st then maybe I'd have ordered chicken. Now I'll just not come back.

Would give a negative star if I could! Husband and I ate a cold horrible meal here Saturday night. It's Monday & had to call into work due to still being ill from it! We are contemplating not eating here anymore. They claimed they were closing soon and it was 7pm! I'm pretty sure thay close later than that on a Saturday. They gave us food that has been sitting around for a while ,I'm pretty sure was prepared by day shift! Staff shortage is no excuse to serve people food that old! On top of that it cost around $30 for 2 meals! What a rip off!

The last 2 times I have been to this Arby’s the food and drinks have been awful. The pop is flat, fries are super old, potato cakes are old, telling me you can’t upsize a kids meal drink (but you can). My SIL is a GM of an Arby’s. I would rather sit in line waiting for fresh food then get served 2 hour old fries.
