Incredible experience, 10/10 had a phenomenal night. Bdubs corporate won’t allow you to support the service members on TouchTunes and cuts the armed forces theme songs short. Dew Radler is a 7/10 if you like dew and beer

Took my son out for his birthday for lunch here today usually it's pretty good they was not that busy! my youngest son they messed his food up. he wanted a grilled cheese sandwich they bring out a cheeseburger? So they had to remake his food that took forever they kept forgetting our drinks horrible experience here today our waitress was not good if I could give zero stars for service I would took us forever just to pay for our food to get out of there

I ordered the “House Sampler” and I have ordered it before and even when the mozzarella sticks are warm anymore there is still cheese inside. I had 3 mozzarella sticks completely hollow with no cheese, this 4th mozzarella stick has just a little bit of cheese but as you can see in the pictures it’s very hollow. I’m very disappointed I only order this meal for the mozzarella sticks and the chicken!

We have been here for and hour and a half and still haven't got our food.

This review is years old however. I went their with my daughter-in-law and grand kids. Ordered adult beverages and kids drinks. Waitress placed adult beverages in front of the kids and thirs in front of us. Both of the same color mind you. Then walked away. As we tried to figure out what drinks were what the waitress came back. We asked what drinks were for the kids and before she could say one of the kids started drinking the adult drink. The waitress then stated which were ours and then we realized what had happened and told the waitress and she laughed. Mom imediately removed the drink from the child..

I asked if they had avocado waitress stated yes, I order a burger with avocado I get a burger with avocado spread. When I asked her she said that was avocado.

She the walked away and began yelling at another waitress right behind us.

All in all we ended up not eating anything and leaving paying the bill.

Ordered online for in-store pickup. Got home 20 min later to find no dressing for BBQ chicken salad and no sauces for onion rings OR fried pickles. They expected me to drive all the way back.

My last experience was not terrible but also not great. Food was slow and service was as well, food came and we could tell it sat a bit. Disappointed since it seemed this location was turning it around. Maybe next visit?

I’ve been here quite frequently and I have gave them so many chances but the service is horrible. I don’t think I’ll be returning unfortunately although luckily tonight the manager made it right because we definitely were about to walk out.

Worse place to eat in Greencastle the food is always cold you order 2-20 piece wings and the amount is incorrect this place shouldn't be even open.

Ordered boneless wings & only about 1/3 of the order had any sauce on them. Potato wedges didn’t include cheese as ordered. Thumbs down. We won’t order from them again.

I recommend you guys should create a mac and cheese adult meal, my kids absolutely love the mac and cheese and wish it was a bigger size!

Ema (waitress) has poor customer service; poor behaviors (attitude); frequently disappears to sit and laugh at customers tables; and zero personal accountability. Did not get my husband's Pepsi that I heard him order. Disappeared to another customer's table to sit and talk. Walked around toward empty tables then realized nothing one was there. Blamed my husband for not ordering a drink. Remained snarky the whole time. Drinks went empty multiple times. Threw our bill on the table and said no rush.

I left a $.01 tip and stated poor customer service on receipt. She followed me out to the parking lot and called me back to fuss. Explained my issues with her several times to deaf ears. Waiting tables isn't for everyone.

I am not a person to complain since I’ve worked in hospitality for the past 12 years, but I’ve never been more disappointed by a service. Our waitress had to have been having a bad day. Everything started fine, taking our order and getting us our drinks. We waited for our food for 40 minutes, which okay, no big deal. She didn’t stop by with any updates on it coming up or checking refills. I did watch our food sit in the window for a long time. They could’ve been waiting on other parts of our order to be complete, it is what it is. Another server delivered it to our table and our wings were cold to the touch. Our kids food was hot, so we went ahead and just ate because at this point it was close to 8:30 and my kids were hungry. Our waitress did not stop by our table to check on us once from the moment our drinks were first dropped off, to the moment we were finished eating. She walked past our table at least 6 times and didn’t even shoot us a glance to check refills or anything. She finally stopped when we were done to offer boxes and deliver our bill. She then collected our bill and that was that. I believe our receipt said her name was Ema. The wait for our food really didn’t bother me, I am upset that we were hardly acknowledged and that even if I wanted to say something about our cold wings, I couldn’t, Ema avoided us like the plague.
