Waitress was amazing! Took a little long to get our food but there were a lot of people there when we first got there.

We had an incredible, 10/10, and phenomenal night thanks to the local staff and atmosphere. The food and service were top-notch. However, beware of the centralized music policy: Bdubs corporate won’t allow you to support the service members on TouchTunes and cuts the armed forces theme songs short, which is highly disappointing. On a different note: the Dew Radler is a 7/10 if you like dew and beer!

My experience at this restaurant several weeks ago was extremely disappointing and ultimately the reason I decided I would never return—and recent events involving my daughter and her husband only reinforced that decision.
During my last visit, the service was slow and poorly managed. Our food sat in the window for quite some time while we watched multiple tables come and go. Even though we ordered early, we were still left waiting on food that was already prepared but not delivered. The lack of attention to basic service standards was frustrating, and I left saying I would never eat there again—and I haven’t.
More recently, my daughter and her husband attempted to give the restaurant another chance. They waited 20 minutes at the host stand. Staff members made eye contact with them several times but never acknowledged them, never said “we’ll be right with you,” and never addressed them at all. After being left standing with no communication, they grabbed two menus and seated themselves so they could finally begin their dining experience.
Instead of apologizing for the long wait or lack of acknowledgment, the manager Katie approached them and said, “That’s not how we do things here,” and asked them to leave. What made the situation even worse was that the manager then immediately seated the guests who had walked in after them—despite the fact that my daughter and her husband had been waiting far longer.
This ongoing pattern of poor service and unprofessional management isn’t new. Based on other customers’ comments over the last several months, it’s clear these issues have been raised repeatedly, yet nothing has improved.
I genuinely hope the owners take a closer look at what’s happening here. Customers deserve to be acknowledged, treated fairly, and served with basic professionalism—none of which occurred during our experiences.

My boyfriend and I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this location. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the service was unprofessional and disrespectful from start to finish. When I politely asked about the Veterans Day Meal, the waitress responded with attitude. Another server, Mel, served our entrées with her hair all over the food. When I pointed it out, she became hostile, remade the food, then came back and yelled at me in the middle of the restaurant, accusing me of being the problem and verbally berating me for several minutes.
The manager (Kate) was dismissive, offered no apology, and later even accused us of trying to dine and dash while we were waiting to pay. The staff continued to make rude comments as we left.
As a Marine Corps veteran spending an emotional evening meant to celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday, this experience was humiliating and deeply upsetting. The food was unsanitary, the staff unprofessional, and management completely unaccountable. This location needs serious retraining and better leadership.

Worst experience EVER! 0-10 do not recommend! My boss and 3 co workers decided to eat there after working all day. Waited an hour for food and our order was wrong. The waitress only came twice the entire time and only brought our food when I asked. The manager literally was immediately aggressive. Loud belligerent condescending to say the least. When asked why she was aggressive she stated her gen manager told her she could speak to ppl like that and would back her 100%. We immediately asked her to speak to us with respect and not in that tone as we were speaking to her. She laughed in our face and asked if we wanted our meals comp and we could leave. We stated no we waited that long we will eat. 5 min later another manager brought us boxes! He Apologized for her and basically said he would have a conversation with her! Even the people around us were telling the assistant general manager what happened. The situation was degrading disrespectful disgraceful and humiliating. That lady should not work with people. She very much hates her job. Through and through we told her she was wrong for her behavior but we were still friendly and kind and respectful. We thanked the 2nd manager explained we didn’t want our meals comped and did not plan to leave. He still comp the meal But we left quietly and respectfully. Will never eat there again.

Is the Greencastle Bdubs short staffed? I worked in the industry before and have always been patient knowing how it can be but I lost my cool today and yelled at the staff member and feel bad but I stood at the front counter for 20 minutes without getting acknowledged. I watched 2 tables get sat that arrived after me and after the next people walked in and I was still not acknowledged and he went to them and they were there for a pick-up I finally lost my cool to get acknowledged. Another family came up before that though and jokingly asked me how many people walk out on tabs as they were waiting for awhile to pay.

Took my son out for his birthday for lunch here today usually it's pretty good they was not that busy! my youngest son they messed his food up. he wanted a grilled cheese sandwich they bring out a cheeseburger? So they had to remake his food that took forever they kept forgetting our drinks horrible experience here today our waitress was not good if I could give zero stars for service I would took us forever just to pay for our food to get out of there

I ordered the “House Sampler” and I have ordered it before and even when the mozzarella sticks are warm anymore there is still cheese inside. I had 3 mozzarella sticks completely hollow with no cheese, this 4th mozzarella stick has just a little bit of cheese but as you can see in the pictures it’s very hollow. I’m very disappointed I only order this meal for the mozzarella sticks and the chicken!
We have been here for and hour and a half and still haven't got our food.

This review is years old however. I went their with my daughter-in-law and grand kids. Ordered adult beverages and kids drinks. Waitress placed adult beverages in front of the kids and thirs in front of us. Both of the same color mind you. Then walked away. As we tried to figure out what drinks were what the waitress came back. We asked what drinks were for the kids and before she could say one of the kids started drinking the adult drink. The waitress then stated which were ours and then we realized what had happened and told the waitress and she laughed. Mom imediately removed the drink from the child..
I asked if they had avocado waitress stated yes, I order a burger with avocado I get a burger with avocado spread. When I asked her she said that was avocado.
She the walked away and began yelling at another waitress right behind us.
All in all we ended up not eating anything and leaving paying the bill.
