This Burger King is proof that great staffing makes all the difference! The service was wonderful tonight, making this the Best Burger King I've had in awhile. I order an extra patty for my dog, and they were so proactive: they saw my dog and asked if the patty was for her! That effort to accommodate me to the best of their ability is why they deserve every one of those 5 stars. Fantastic, attentive employees.

They have you waiting a long time through drive-through. It’s a bunch of young people working now. They don’t have gloves on don’t have hair Nette over here doing everything with the same pair of gloves on and they serve the food. They don’t change our gloves and you gotta check your order before you leave because they messed up on your order.

Staffing was wonderful tonight. Best Burger King I've had in awhile and I've traveled around. I always order and extra patty on my burger for my dog. They saw my dog amd asked if it was for her. I told them yes, but to still put it on the burger because she gets some of the cheese and bacon as well. The fact that they asked, trying to accommodate me to the best of their ability, is why they got 5 stars in my book.

They can't follow simple instructions. They got the whole order wrong. Asked for no mayo on my sandwich. They put a whole bunch of it on it. Mean while I sat in line for 40 minutes just to waste my time and money.

Spent five minutes pulled waiting on a plain chicken sandwich that had so much toppings on it they were falling out of the wrapper onto my other foods.

I placed a mobile ored and unable to choose from app all beverages. Ok app glitch , got it. I ordered 3 meals, I was missing a drink, the onion rings I paid for extra.... the store was doing really good there for about a month and in my opinion it's getting bad again. There also was an employee with some kind of eye issue when I went one day for lunch. Unsanitary. I love Burger King but thinking it's time to take off my list.

It is Burger King and I do give some leeway since we are a family of 5 so it is always a "large" order when we go but there is always something missing.
