Took about an hour to get my food the lady that came in here work right down the road pretty much across the street(cant leave so had to order) had to pay a 3.50. Said sorry about that I said its okay but a call would have been good she said well then don't order! Very rude. Drive a black suv no clue what her name was never said. Poor customer service.

Never had Jimmy John's before in my life until today. It was very good and I got my food quickly, I would definitely return.

I use to love this place. Today was the third time in a row the bread was hard af. Almost burnt it was sooo brown. I always tip like 50% today I got 1 sandwich under 5 bucks. 3.50 delivery fee. I tip over 4.00. I call. The manager didn't even say her name. I didn't ask for re fund or anything. Just make fresh bread. Sorry delivery drivers I won't order delivery anymore and if I come in I'll be the one checking my food before I leave.

Normally, I love this place. I’m always open to trying something new, so I can usually find a sandwich that I enjoy. Til tonight, and I actually chose a safe option, or so I thought, and ordered tuna, with all goodies. What I got was this…and I am sooo disappointed. My sandwich had barely sprinkling of lettuce and one tomato slice, I never did find my peppers or pickles or oregano or o&v.. and worst of all -the tuna was really really old or something like that. It was hard on the surface and discolored somewhat and the smell and flavor were just plain yuck. Every other time I’ve eaten here I’ve been very satisfied. But tonight I skipped dinner for fear of the repercussions! Live and learn I guess!

I was in Greencastle, Indiana investigating crimes of unimaginable horrors and a homeless man who was withholding precious info needed food. So, I went into Jimmy Jonns and bought him a sandwich. He spoke up. He said the sandwich was good. You could rent a few nintendo 64 games at the video store but it's closed.
