Took 10 minutes for someone to come to front to take order. Watched a man come in as we waiting and he stood for a couple minutes then left all workers were smoking out back while we were in the building. Food was average inside was not clean and they had opened just an hour before

I ordered food on door dash at 10 and they closed at 11. They accepted the order and my dasher was there waiting for 20 minutes until 10:40ish they never brought out the food and she eventually cancelled and had to wait for another dasher to pick it up and by that time it was 11 and they closed the store and I never received the food. I wouldn’t be so upset but a lot of the other restaurants around here close at 11 too. I will never eat here again and I will always steer people away from this kfc

The food was actually ok. The staff members were as sweet as can be. I had to ask about the grass.That is knee high, not only have they reached out to corporate they've had customers giving them business cards to mow and the company still has not mowed the grass. Clean your space or leave town kfc

This KFC is horrible. Chronically understaffed. Dinning room often closed with drive through only open. It doesn’t seem like they use the “secret recipe” because the chicken is bland.

I ordered a sandwich and when I got it it was cold and had sauce smeared from the top of the wrapper all the way around the bun making it a mess and when I asked for a refund Abigail the manager said she couldn't give me my money back why would I want a sandwich remade when it wasn't even cooked the first time? I'll be contacting the owner here soon about this incident

I'm still mad when I think about it. I took my wife there at 7pm. I ordered my food which was a large popcorn chicken,large potato and gravy,biscuit and a large coke. Kid was quick to hand me a medium cup. We waited 20 minutes while drive thru was getting there's fast. I had my wife go ask about our order. They said they haven't touched it yet. I was pissed. They all seemed high or something. Wife called corporate,but I didn't return call and I should of. I was owed my money back or free food. The punk manager said they don't do refunds on food. That's when my wife called corporate. They all should of been fired. I thought Crawfordsville Indiana KFC was bad. Two peas in a pod. Lafayette KFC is great and will always go there. The incident at the Green Castle location was in the fall I believe, maybe august.

I'm impressed, this location really stepped up! It looks cleaner, they are nicer there, and the food was so much better than what it usually is!
Chicken was a 15 min wait. Ok can't rush perfection. So we pulled forward and waited. After 20 min 5 cars behind us were served immediately. After 30 min I went inside to use the restroom 5 more cars were served while my wife waited for me to return. She went inside and they had totally forgotten to prepare our order. It took 45 min to get a family meal. A tip to management make sure the people who order first are served first. If you can't handle having people pull forward because you forget the exist don't allow staff to do it. Getting forgotten because chicken wasn't ready has happened twice. Both times about the same story needing to go to the bathroom and wondering where my food as while my wife waits patiently in a cold car because we can't afford to ideal the truck for nearly an hour for a simple bucket of chicken
