Hot and little ceasers worthy. I do however miss the other type of crazy bread not this new stuff.... Bring that back

I always get polite and prompt service. This location is busy. Kels S. waited on my tonight and was very professional and friendly. Ordered Detroit style pepperoni and crazy bread made fresh to order. Recommend calling ahead to order or go online because it’s busy. Highly recommend this place!

They were trying their best but definitely need help. Put in an online order and waited nearly an hour. Believe this will be my last pizza from here, I'm sorry to say.

Three strikes and you're out, I've went in here three times in the last two months and they never have any hot and ready pizza, and when I ask how long I have to wait for a READY pizza, they inform me that they have to make one.. Unbelievable.

11/15 /25 @1 :40PM ---Manager was unpleasant. She hangs up without listening to my concern. Well, I take my business somewhere else. This kind an attitude does not work, especially in town of Greencastle. I do not recommend this pizza store…

Little Caesars is known for their hot and ready pizza. This was my first time here and I had to wait over 10 minutes for a simple cheese pizza. During that time there were at least 3 customers that came in and realized there was a wait and walked right back out. I probably won’t be back.

Went in this evening 10/15/25 for a pickup 0 waiting around for over an hour and the staff was just disrespectful and rude to everyone

Ordered ahead on the app. Food was ready on time. I got notified on my phone and easily retrieved the pizza from the pizza portal. No waiting for a worker to help you. I would recommend ordering ahead on the app as it took a little longer than I expected to cook but the app time estimate was right on. Taste was excellent.

Wouldn't go back. Waited 40 minutes for breadsticks. Then when asked if I could get the correct amount of sauce that I bought she grabbed it and rudely handed it to me, being completely dismissive. Not a single person working food was wearing a hair net or hat also. I'll stick to going somewhere else.

We tried the slice-n-stix and tried the pepperoni crazy puffs. Great food, ready quick. Easy order and pickup. Nice combo half pizza half Stix. Crazy puffs are soft and fluffy inside with a nice outer crunch. Over all good food.
