The Carmel frape machine was down.. which i get they can not help. But my basket of fries were COLD and about thr size of a large fry. It took 15 minutes for fries.

This restaurant has one of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. My husband ordered food from their app. We went inside to pick it up. It was a Friday so they were very busy. As we were waiting a young man walked in with his order that he received through the drive thru. He approached the counter and said his order was wrong. A lady with pink hair grabs his receipt and hold it up and loudly asks “is the receipt correct?” . The girl with the pink hair informs the blonde haired girl that the young man was missing items. This appeared to make the blond upset and they began arguing. Then they called my husband’s name for our order. He stood there waiting because they did not give him all of his order. The girl with pink hair asked if she could help him. He told her what he was missing . She then turned and told the blonde girl who was packing orders and walked to the back. Agee minutes later the blonde girl turned around and asked my husband if she could help him. He again explained that he was missing part of our order. The blonde girl also then walks to the back. Then an older lady walk up to the counter and asked my husband if he needed help. She finally gave him the rest of our food but expressed frustration that she was the only one fixing order.

Done with them now. Cold food. Long waits with 3 cars in drive thru. I wanted to buy the food for the 3 cars behind me. I was told it's confusing and they can't do that. If your staff can't count why are they running a cash register. So annoying

Always forgets to add Carmel to the iced caramel coffee once they switched to a different person to do the coffees.
Parking: About 3-5 disability parking and a full lot of parking space
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 doors with low ramps and plenty of handicap parking spots by the doors.
