Didn't order food this time just drinks,also went through the drive thru. Always fast and very nice employees. And it's the only McDonald's in Greencastle so we will definitely visit again.

I was in greencastle, Indiana looking into a series of devastating crimes of unimaginable horrors, and I got hungry for fish sandwiches. This McDonald's served me the finest fish sandwiches they could. Great service! The food was great!

Every time I go to this McDonald’s their frappe machine is not working and that is the main reason I go to McDonald’s. They also have a lot of younger people with attitudes working there. It always seems like they hate that they have to be there and they hate that they have to help you, so I personally try to avoid this McDonald’s at all cost and go to the one in Cloverdale, which is so much better better and the customer service is so much better there as well.

Manager is awful. Treats the staff horrible. If you want a raise you might as well forget it.

Why is it this McDonald's can never keep their frappe machine going. It's always down at least twice a week ? Seriously if you gotta clean it , do it at night !!! Cloverdale McDonald's never has this issue!!! Maybe Greencastle McDonald's you all need them to help run store.
