Cheese Sticks were not "cheesy" instead hard and overcooked. No sauce was included in any of my breadstick orders, breadsticks had barely any of the seasoning on top and they too were hard like they had sat in a warmer for hours. We wanted to give this pizza hut another chance but sadly it seems there haven't been any changes made to the evening staff as far as how they present their orders.

honestly i would not eat from here ever again. first, my order was wrong. whatever, it happens, oh well. HOWEVER, when i came to pick up my food, there was a literal child, no older than 2, running around in the kitchen. they were grabbing utensils, touching the counters and tables, and putting things up where food is. i completely get not having childcare or something falling through; BUT not only is that utterly disgusting, the kid could’ve gotten burnt or cut themself with the pizza cutter they were playing next to. additionally, the store is straight up filthy. it smelled gross & there was dust and dirt everywhere.
also, i called the store 4 times since ordering and no one answered.

Very Disappointing when you go somewhere expect it to be fast and convenient and it's anything but...Both of my pizzas were undercooked and I had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them and the 16 pc wings Barely had any barbecue sauce on them so I had to add more By the time it was all said and done I was so annoyed I wasn't even hungry anymore!

Pretty disappointed in how my pizza turned out after the day I've had. I ordered a large supreme pizza and not only was the pizza not fully cooked, but the dough was missing pieces all over. I Haven't had pizza hut in awhile and thought I'd give them a go again, but after this ordeal I won't be ordering from them again. I'd give a zero if I could.

Seriously? Just close your dinning room. No one in there eating and the bathrooms are disgusting. Want a plate? Go get yourself a paper plate by the closed non functional buffet. Want a refill on your drink? Gotta just buy another bottle no fountain drinks. Want a menu? Go get yourself a tiny paper menu that doesn't have prices on it. People working there were friendly, but good lord what a dump.
Ordered 2 pizzas one cheese and one half pineapple pepperoni, and just pepperoni on the other side. The pineapple was rotten on my side of the pizza so I called to let them know they probably needed to changed it out. No one answered the phone. I called several times over the span of a half hour and couldn't get an answer. Super dissatisfied, and I hope no one gets sick from the fermented fruit.
