shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for a mobile order defeats the whole purpose of mobile order. staff was rude.
15 Minutes I wait for a coffee, no one in line. The ladies chatting it up and are just setting 6/7 drinks down next to each other on the counter with no name on the drinks… and not a single employee announcing the orders as they come out. Having to guess which coffee is mine is absolutely ridiculous. Do better .
On September 28, 2025, at 1:30 PM, I attempted to purchase coffee and a bottle of caramel syrup at your establishment. Upon requesting the syrup, the cashier stated that they were unable to fulfill the request. I politely informed the cashier that a store located 35 miles away consistently accommodates this request. The cashier responded with a dismissive attitude, stating that they were not that store and could not fulfill the request.
I then stated that I would obtain the syrup from the other store. This is not the first instance of encountering unprofessional conduct from your staff. Consequently, I will no longer patronize this location due to the consistently poor customer service. As a local resident, I am disappointed that I must travel a significant distance to receive the level of service I require. I recommend that your store address the issue of staff attitude to improve the overall customer experience.

Service varies, they really expect a tip for doing what they're supposed to do? And it's in your face, like there's no choice to tip or not, I'm afraid they'll spit in my drink if I don't honestly.

I understand the baristas are trying their best with what they have, but as a customer some things need to be addressed. When I went up to the register I couldn’t hear a thing. Why? Because some girl was vacuuming the coffee dispenser machine out. I’m hard of hearing so I couldn’t even hear what I was saying. I ordered and was watching them make my drink through the expresso machine while the other one was being vacuumed which doesn’t seem very sanity. I asked why they were doing that. They told me the both expresso machine had been braking down all day. I get that you got to work with what your given, but maybe next time we can close? So your beens aren’t flying everywhere. I don’t need an eye taken out. Starbucks drinks are already expensive. Can’t y’all buy a million knew one of those?

Ordered a single drink, the man at the counter had me repeat myself several times, when i got the drink it was not how i ordered it, asked them to redo it politely eventhough i was extremely agitated from having to repeat myself several times, they somehow got my drink back to me quicker than they took to make it, had a sip, and it tastes nothing like how i ordered it. Im extremely upset with the service i received today, i just left because i wasnt going to repeat myself another three times.

We caught a child predator meeting a perceived 13 yo here and then the plan was to go back to the minors house. The staff was super supportive of the cause. Made sure that we had everything we needed and applauded us for our efforts. For the record the predator was already a convicted lifetime RSO that was arrested on site. Thank you to the staff for all the support.

This place was the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The prices were outrageous. Expect to spend ten dollars for a medium sized cup of coffee. The beans are all burnt, so if you want a decent taste you have to get a milkshake over your shot of coffee.
Had a problem with a $100 gift card.
They could not help. Had to go to another Starbucks location for assistance.

Not so good things...It's really shocking to me how rude Brandon one of the baristas is. It doesn't matter if you're a local, no matter how many times you go in there, no matter how nice to him that you are, he acts as if serving you is an imposition, never ever greets with kindness, places your coffee in front of you without a word, hangs up on you when you call to see if you could speak to the bookstore side about whether they have a novel in stock...
Do we hate our job or do we just hate customers?
I'm posting this with my babe here, and so I'm willing to say it with my chest. And I'll probably say it to whoever us in management the next time I walk in there.
