The food - the crab legs were awesome and not like normal "Chinese buffet" tiny crab legs. They were good sized and cooked well. If you want the now impossible to find all you can eat crab legs, go here. The clam strips and fired shrimp were also good. At first I thought $30 for a regular buffet was steep but you also get the other seafood, shrimp, clam strips,mussels and scallops, fried chicken, pot roast, a couple kinds of fish, soups and this massive assortment of pies,cookies, etc.
Their desserts were phenomenal. They weren't super crowded but they were super short staffed. The staff was phenomenal and made me sweat just watching them. It was a good experience. I wouldn't drive an hour for just a regular buffet but if you want crab... Go for it!!

Yesterday was our first time here. We were part of a charity Jeep ride to support a local animal shelter. They gave us a private room and excellent service. The food is really good. We will definitely come back.

Putnam Inn is my favorite restaurant in Greencastle. I’ve never been disappointed with the food. Their waitresses are friendly and efficient especially Robin she goes above and beyond her duties to make your visit enjoyable.
Kasey served up the best water! She even sent a show to the table aka her husband Dave! Great restaurant, food and staff! Was really glad to see my boys laughing and having a great time with them! Definitely would recommend the burger and fries!

Dave is very cool 10/10 server, don’t be messy because you might do dishes. MAKE SURE YOU DON’T USE THE SAME PLATE WHEN GETTING MORE BUFFET FOOD. Much recommended. I had very good time Dave is very funny and you will have a good time. Food is very good.

Extremely delicious, and everyone was so friendly! Amanda was on her game doing such an amazing job ❤️
However, I will ask that the sticky rolls be kept warm and try not to over bake the tops. I do ask that the fryer oil get changed more frequently so that the chicken comes out golden brown and not dark brown... despite those few items, the food kept continuously flowing out of the kitchen.
