I enjoyed visiting The Whisk last night to try their Friday night dinner special and ordered the Spanish Pork Burger. Oh my was it yummy! My favorite aspect of it was the brioche roll - man was that ON POINT!! The perfectly crusted outer with the light, soft, fluffy inner was divine.
I also tried the Old Fashioned (I’m just starting to try out whiskeys/bourbons, so first sip packed a punch for my personal palate, and as the cube melted and chilled the drink, I enjoyed even more); and then My Cherie Amour from the special seasonal cocktail menu (LOVED, will be back for it before the seasonal menu rotates!)
For dessert, I ordered Brownie Cheesecake with Brownie Crumble. I mean, if it says cheesecake and has the word brownie in it twice, how could you go wrong? Amazing, and glad I didn’t have to share it 😂
The vibe is very warm, welcoming, and chill. Cozy atmosphere with great design features in the nostalgic basement space! Great music and conversations with patrons and staff.
Especially if you’re a whiskey and bourbon fan, you’ll LOVE The Whisk! And if you’re not a whiskey/bourbon person, you’ll still love it, and chances are, The Whisk will convert you. (Living proof, lol)

Small town charm. The place is awesome and so are the people. We always love going there.
One of my favorite places. Any time that I am in the area, I make a bee line to The Whisk. There are plenty of vegetarian options and those are not an after thought. Very cool and relaxed environment. Lots of drink selections...of course known for whiskey, but they have all sorts of specialty drinks.
It is awesome that Greencastle has such an amazing spot.
Great environment, the menu is limited and ever changing, but the food is fantastic! We enjoy going here for a drink and dinner.

Attended at 12:30 on a Saturday. The service was slow. Yet, maybe 4 tables were seated. The menu was limited. Out of deviled eggs and another option I can’t recall. Food was mediocre.The pimento cheese appetizer was cream cheese with pimentos served with pork rinds (which must have been the end of the bag). Not like any pimento cheese I’ve ever had. Very bland. Also had the candied bacon BLT. Place was just not as expected. Overrated IMO

I was happily surprised by the atmosphere but would not recommend the breakfast smashburger. It was very plain. The fries were good. I would go again for drinks if I'm in the area.
I'm not really a whiskey drinker, but their cocktails are amazing!! 10/10 atmosphere and great food with a rotating menu and lots of vegetarian options!

Had dinner and drinks (and later dessert and drinks) tonight. The Whisk is one of those places that becomes a much- loved institution in very short order. EVERYTHING is good here - the food, the amazing booze choices, the vibe, the service, just everything. I live in New Mexico, and visit friends in Greencastle about once a year, and I always have at least one evening at The Whisk. Don’t miss this place if you are anywhere near!
