I swear every time we come to eat here and go through the drive through everyone working is high out of their minds and can’t process simple interactions and have to ask what you ordered over and over again and still get it wrong. They have attitude and sound pissed that you decided you wanted something to eat today. One time went through the drive through and the cashier’s eyes were more red than Wendy’s hair and everyone was smoking over the food and passing around a weed pen… it was so cloudy in there from all the smoke and it wasn’t coming off the grill.

The Greencastle, Indiana Wendy's is awesome. I ordered my food on the mobile app and accidentally sent it to the wrong restaurant. We couldn't find a way to switch or cancel it in the app, so they gave me my food for FREE! Thank you!

Do not EVER order delivery from this location. They have messed up literally 3 times within a week. They send incomplete orders. The refund process takes a week. JUST BE ADVISED, you have very little chance of receiving your entire order. 3 occasions in one week to the same family speaks to the incompetence.

Me and my boyfriend come to Wendy's every now and then and we have had no problem what so ever. The server who was doing our order sounded upset and was rude with us. When we got home, his nuggets was fine and chilli was fine even gave us a spoon this time but, my wrap was not wrapped. So I had to rewrap it myself. Get y'all's stuff together

20-25min every time to get 1 cheeseburger, both times in the last 10 days and food was RAW both times. The night shift crew is horrible, Wendy’s learn to cook your food!!avoid this place

This Wendy's appears to be struggling. Bit of a wait at the counter despite no other customers. No biscuits for Saturday breakfast. Dine-in tray was greasy. Could hear employees complaining about messes (and food) left by other shifts.
I certainly don't expect perfection from a fast food place, but something is off here

I've given Wendy's more than enough chances. Last month I bought an apple pecan chicken salad. Got home and there was no chicken . Tried another time & they put bleu cheese instead of feta and no pecans. This last time, they put bleu cheese again, no chicken and no packs of pecans or salad dressing. I've had it with their blatant incompetence.

Never has potatoes up and ready. Most of the time I order on the app to be ready when I get there. Every single time never fails they tell me they don't have potatoes. So I'm spending money to never get a refund because you guys don't give out refunds for mobile orders and your guys's corporate office never returns calls.
