The restaurant serves delicious food, including the popular Chicken Salad on a plate with vegetables for $8. The staff is friendly and personable, making customers feel at home. The menu is small but everything is very good and satisfying. Quick service and good food are highlights. Don't miss the cheeseburger, made from a locally sourced cow, and be sure to try their famous soups during the weekdays. Try the peanut coleslaw, it stands out as the best coleslaw ever. All very tasty. It's cash only and only has lunch hours. Prices aren't too bad, but the portion size was a bit smaller than liked. Food was simple and tasty.
