“After a long absence I drove by and noticed a different Cook through the window. I turned around and gave them another try after repeated poor attitudes and lousy food, as well as accuracy. The staff other than 1 cook has always been awesome. The change has been made and Waffle House is back. Food was excellent this morning, some new faces at the grill and hosting. For those of you who stop going for the same reasons I did. I can say they have corrected their issue.”

“Always clean, fresh, and friendly. Pizzas are great deals and taste amazing. I never get box or take out. 2 large thin crust for 5.00 or one XL my for 9.99 you can't beat it and can trust it's hygienic becuase you bake it yourself as well as watch them make it with gloves.”

“I have been coming here for years and this place is always friendly, accommodating to dietary restrictions and very expeditious. They definitely give the appeal of a small town restaurant, the location isnt very large but the quaint decorations and the modest table settings help give people a more rustic experience if you happen to find yourself out in greenfield, come give the Boneless Spare Ribs a try.”

“Great food and pretty atmosphere. My only suggestion is that with the very dim lighting, that you get new menus printed. The dark menus in the dim/dark atmosphere are very hard to read, and we have to often use the flashlight on our phones.”

Unfortunately, the hardee's app was not working, so I did not get my bonus points. It would be more efficient if the workers would be able to help us on the local level when these situations occur.”

“We just had the best experience we’ve had so far at this restaurant. Our server, Darla was the best everything was brought out promptly and hot. Can’t say enough about how well we were taken care of. Drinks always filled, used dishes removed quickly and she checked on us constantly. We usually visit here once a week. May have to come more often.”

“We made our only visit to this location while passing through Indy on our way back to Ohio. It seemed like a safe area stop in a city unfamiliar to us. The ladies restroom was very clean, as well as the store in general. The drink/condiment station was fully stocked the entire visit too. It was busy during their dinner rush on a Thursday evening, but there was just a short line when we arrived and our order was still taken immediately. The wait for the meals was ~5-10 mins and they delivered everything to us at the table. Our order had a couple customized items and all were accurate. Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Very pleasant experience overall. We would definitely revisit if ever in that area again.”

“We went on October 2 and our service was fantastic! She felt it took too long to get our food even though we never felt like we waited any longer than necessary. She offered us a free dessert for the wait and we politely refused since we didn’t really want anything sweet. At the end of the meal the manager came over with a gift card for us. They went way beyond necessary to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Kudos”

I just want to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Emma and Chris at the Greenfield, Indiana location.
I was running behind and had a pretty large order for about five people (plus some extras). I couldn't get the app working, not Arby's fault, but because of my phone issues .....so I had to go through the drive-thru.
I even apologized ahead of time, for such a big order so close to closing time.....but Emma immediately reassured me it was no problem at all.

Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and far above what you usually see these days. Emma and Chris really stood out because so many fast food places have employees who clearly don’t want to be there, but these two went above and beyond. They deserve to be recognized (and honestly, a raise) for their effort and attitude.

I know it’s not easy to put together a big order so close to closing time—I’ve worked in fast food, and I remember how everyone wants to clean up and get out as quickly as possible. But instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they made sure everything was correct, fresh, and done with a smile.

Thank you, Emma and Chris—you turned what could have been a stressful experience into an excellent one!”

“I just want to thank Jessie who helped me a few days back. I’m a Hoosier born and raised 35yrs, but I have moved to NC about 14 years ago. So there is a group of Hoosiers here in NC and when one of us visits Indiana, you have to bring back Pizza King!!!! Jessica was great and helping. I ordered an assortment of 12 pizzas, all 1/2 baked. Brought the pizzas back home distributed them and everyone said they were delicious and amazing. Jessie she was so sweet and kind. Thank you, Jessie. So Tuesday, everyone here in NC was eating Pizza King and we were all loving it and savor in it because we don’t know when we’ll get Pizza King again. Yes, I understand you can have them shipped, but not when the shipping and delivery is more than what you pay for the pizzas. I wish it was different because we’d order all the time.”
