There was an unpleasant experience during the check-in process. No staff members were available to assist us or provide any guidance regarding dining options. After waiting for approximately ten minutes with another couple, we decided to leave as it appeared that the employees were disregarding our presence and not offering any assistance.

Made a order online went in to pick it up and sat there for over a hour. Was told couldn't find my order. Only to find out was sitting up front the whole time. Waitress never checked it because there was not a ticket attached .

Stood at front and never was greeted. I worked at bww for 5 years and have never seen one as not busy as this one and dirty. Tables were bussed or prebussed. Saw very few servers on the floor and no host in sight. Went next door to eat!

Not sure what the issue was tonight, thought I’d give this place another try and really regret it. After an hour of waiting we decided to leave. Our waiter (was made aware we were leaving) was trying his best but can’t make the kitchen move faster. Not sure what the difficulty in chips and dip, kids cheeseburger and wings (which should be down to a science right?) is, but after an hour of waiting and not even an appetizer absolutely never again. 5 stars to McDonald’s tonight.

My burger tasted like it was cooked on a grill that hadn't been cleaned in days. My daughter's mac 'n' cheese looked like it was nuked to death. The server left us hanging every chance she could get. When I spoke to the manager, she acted as if we were the problem. She had an attitude from the jump with me before I even said a word.

This was my 1st time at this establishment after relocating. Our 1st nite to order something in ... I will say I'm not sure if it was just an off night bc it was super busy, but also customers were leaving pissed literally looking over telling me to go to The Depot in town. To me that's just a bad sign right off the rip, however I remained sifted awaiting my to go order. I believe I waited almost an hour. When order came up I inspected all the boxes to make sure it was all there. 3 menu items were missing!! So now had to wait longer or just cancel it all, I could just see it now I was going to get scolded for taking so long just to pick up an order that had been placed long ago once back to the car. So I waited bc 2 of the items were his. The staff were kind & handed me a complementary pop as I waited. The manager came out & he was truly amazing how he handled the situation. All of the food was great, it appears corporate needs not to allow to go orders to come thru all at once ad what I could see. That's also what was upsetting guests dining in. I will go back for a 2nd time only bc the manager was great also.

Genuine question: Why are people still coming here?The food is simply average and this place, since opening night, has been run like a god damn disaster area. Everytime I get baited into stepping foot in this place DoorDashing I want to wring my own neck.it's always the same story, even on week days and not busy times. Oh boo hoo we are short staffed. 8 customers, all of which were angry, waiting for orders and the restaurant was like 1/3 to 1/2 full. Picking up phone calls and customers requesting to talk to managers because the food isn't good, it's never right, it's usually not even hot - they don't even have a designated employee doing carry out orders lmao.Today I was in the store for 13 minutes behind 8 customers and I didn't even see the associate who is supposed to be doing this job. Enough is enough, just stop eating this trash. It's run so unbelievably horribly and it's not even good.Turn delivery off if you can't handle five customers at your bar eating wings. Cut your losses and close this franchise location because it ain't it.I can't wait to see my response to this negative review from the "owner" saying how UNBELIEVABLY SORRY THEY ARE I HAD A NEGATIVE REVIEW... And then asking us to fill more garbage out in hopes somebody who isn't utterly incompetent gets a hold of the real and brutally honest feedback on this review page and does something about it.

March 15, 2024 @ 5:10 pm...TRIED it again...so wish I hadn't. Sat in the bar...service SUCKED...NOT Elaine she tried to help. Lots of people employed...working wasn't the right word. I had to get up and ask where our food was. We ordered two appetizers...45 mins went by before it came AND IT WAS COLD. I HONESTLY can't believe it got WORSE AFTER covid. What a joke this place is SERIOUSLY everyone worried about covid and dying and I can't get a medium rare hamburger...will never come back here...SERVICE SUCKS

Stopped here on the way back to Ohio from the PBR at Indianapolis. The food was really good. Service great. One of the smaller BWs but very nice. Look forward to stopping there again next time in the area.

The waitress I had yesterday was not very good. Took forever for her to even take my drink order. It took about 40 minutes to get my food. Food for one person. I had time to eat a little of it while I was packing up the rest. I added my phone number for rewards and she forgot to enter the information. Another gal at the Greenfield site doesn't even know how to do the rewards. Sounds like they need more training

Food was all good until you saw a worker crying in the building. Clearly, management is an issue here that should not have an employee crying why customers are trying to eat. Word if advice do better as a company and care about your employees and treat them with respect.
