Stopped here on the way back to Ohio from the PBR at Indianapolis. The food was really good. Service great. One of the smaller BWs but very nice. Look forward to stopping there again next time in the area.
The waitress I had yesterday was not very good. Took forever for her to even take my drink order. It took about 40 minutes to get my food. Food for one person. I had time to eat a little of it while I was packing up the rest. I added my phone number for rewards and she forgot to enter the information. Another gal at the Greenfield site doesn't even know how to do the rewards. Sounds like they need more training

This was my 1st time at this establishment after relocating. Our 1st nite to order something in ... I will say I'm not sure if it was just an off night bc it was super busy, but also customers were leaving pissed literally looking over telling me to go to The Depot in town.
