McAlister's Deli offers an amazing dining experience with a variety of fresh and stacked sandwiches. The service is great, and the staff accommodates vegetarian options and kids' needs. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with plenty of space. Orders are always correct, and the food tastes amazing, making it a great spot for a delicious meal.

The tea bar dispensers could be elevated a bit more to make it easier to fill tumblers without angling them, which may pose a health issue. Parking can be a bit congested, but everything else was great. One customer, who has visited other locations, mentioned this issue with the tea dispensers being too low.

The chef, Joseph, enjoyed the New Yorker sandwich, particularly the delicious pastrami, and has been trying different sandwiches at the restaurant, all of which have been good. Another customer highly recommends the sweet tea, especially with the peach flavor added, as it is one of the few places they have found that correctly makes southern-style sweet tea.
