Greeted and seated with no wait time! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Server greeted me very quickly, I wasn’t sure what to order so she gave me opinions. Food came out pretty quickly, looked amazing, fresh and was delish! I was checked on multiple times. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Will definitely go back!

I was halfway through my drink when I went to stir my ice with my straw and realized the ice wasn’t moving……there was a lid literally frozen in the ice! Our waitress did apologize and said she would get the manager, never seen the manager, waitress came back and said they took my drink off the bill. Called the next day and spoke with the manager and she apologized said she was sending a voucher to my husbands email, after we insisted we would not be retuning, but still to this day haven’t seen an email. .

My family went to your location on2/9/25. The waitress was rude not sure why. My wife and I both ordered steaks. The rest of our family was halfway finished eating by the time we received our steaks. When we did get them they were not cooked correctly. The waitress said we would have to talk to the manager. By the time the manager arrived everyone else was finished and we were done eating our sides. She said they would remake them. When they finally arrived and cooked correctly they were very tough. We never said anything because we didn't want to spend the day there. It was my first time at a Chili's and will never go back.
