Jersey Mike's Subs offers a friendly and engaging dining experience. The staff provides excellent customer service, even handling difficult situations professionally. The classic Italian sandwich is described as delicious, though the prices may be considered high compared to similar establishments. The parking lot can be tight, requiring caution when exiting.
