I’ve unfortunately plagued them with my lavender addiction so I took a break from going. They are pretty patient in general but they change staff pretty frequently so sometimes it seems like it’s here and there with service. I always appreciate them though, they cater to my double this extra that.
I stop here when I'm driving from Southern Indiana to Central Indiana a couple times a month. While the location tends to be clean, bathrooms are sometimes questionable and they always make my beverage right, there is zero customer service. I say hi when I walk in, silence. I think then when I grab my order, silence if I say goodbye or have a good day, silence. Like dealing with the public don't work at a job that requires you to do so.
Even though it is starting to warm up, I enjoy the hot cocoa. I am not a coffee drinker, but I still need a shot of caffeine. I get it with whipped topping. If I am hungry I get a slice of banana bread also. Calorie heavy but quite delicious.
