Doesn't have enough staff or the right staff. Very slow.
I had a lovely experience at the Starbucks this afternoon. I was making small talk with the barista Lindsey at the window and mentioned that my best friend had just given birth to a baby girl and she wrote the sweetest note on the cup definitely made my friend smile!!
