Super, super slow. Pretty sure they milked the cow for cream and strained the oats for milk while we all waited. Even though sf vanilla syrup was ordered and listed on my cup it was still absent. This is a regular drink for me so I’m certain it wasn’t correct. Maybe they could take some training from the Bloomington location by Steak and Shake.

Story Time…My husband and I had to spend the night in Seymour for a sleep study, but we were in separate vehicles. We passed Dunkin and he asked me to turn around (Yes, I know this is Starbucks, be patient ☺️) and grab his favorite drink. I personally hate the place but decided to grab a drink for myself anyways. The lady was nothing but hateful and my drink was junk. I pull out and go across the street to Starbucks, I should have just waited to do that to begin with and I’d have not wasted 6 bucks. Joe took my order, absolutely wonderful, such a pleasant man, knows the menu and understood every word of my rambling-I’m-not-sure-this-is-how-to-order-this order! At the window is Shannon, just a kind and pleasant as Joe. I have never visited this store and had a bad experience, but this time just hit the spot, made my morning so much better, especially after the horrible experience across the road. I should say we don’t live in Seymour so I don’t get the liberty of getting a Starbucks except when I/we have an appointment or sometimes I’ll treat myself if I’m running to Wally World. Anyways! Thank you Joe & Shannon both, for turning around what was about to be a ruined morning!! Y’all are great!

Employees talk the whole time and dont work on drinks. There were several people waiting inside and one person was doing all the work while the rest stood there and talked about how they couldn’t wait for their shift to be over.

Service terrible everytime I've been there which is multiple times through out the week and weekends the line is always backed up clear outside the parting lot onto the road which I'm sure is very frustrating for your surrounding business owners who can't access their business because of your lone. Also I ve gone both inside and through the drive thru and I have never waited less than 20 minutes but some much longer for just one coffee. There abosulety no excuse for a customer to have to wait 20 mins for ONE COFFEE!!! everytime they go

I ordered 5 drinks today and the 3 Frappuccinos all had big chunks of ice, half my sons drink was a block.. ?‍♂️ not satisfied at all

Great location right off the freeway. It was busy inside and in the drive thru but it moved quickly. The staff was friendly and made both drinks just right.

Staff needs retraining ASAP. No clue what they are doing. Waited 25+ minutes for a hot tea because they needed to complete two big online orders ahead of us. All while the drive through window was rotating orders. The girls behind the counter just walked around like headless chickens, no one able to put a tea bag inside a cup with hot water for half an hour, we just eventually left. Whoever is in charge of this Starbucks needs to employ different staff quick or re train them before they run your business into the ground.

Staff is friendly, but this is the most disorganized Starbucks I've been too in a long time. I order a black coffee and it takes them 15 minutes to get it to me. Clearly prioritizing drive through over people walking in. Also a bit dirty and the furniture is worn and old.

Little Less of decoration compared to other placesVegetarian options: Oatmilk is the best choice for coffee! No one been hurt and killed, no antibiotics and hormones just the perfect taste

I should have checked the reviews before heading in. I waited 20 minutes and my drink had not even been started. The drive-thru wasn't busy and probably cycled 10-15 cars in and out in the time that me and the other 10+ people had to wait. I normally order ahead, but based on the line of those who did order ahead, it wouldn't have mattered.
