Our ice cream was pretty good but employees seemed like they may have been overwhelmed? There were three people there and it took several minutes for anyone to greet us and take our order. Once they did, my ice cream got made and then my partner had to wait. Unfortunately, mine was already melting before his was even started. Checkout went smoothly and the ice cream was pretty good, even if melted. My partner got their Signature apple pie ice cream, and said there was hardly any apple but was good anyways. Our biggest problem was the bathrooms. One was out of order, which hey it happens, but the only open bathroom smelled HORRIBLE. It smelled putrid of body odor, like they had a spray for it lol. This is my childhood Cold Stone but I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon…

Took ice cream OUT of my wife and my bowl because it touched the rim. The topping were non existent. They "saved" the "excess" for door dash orders. This is the opposite of what we have experienced at other locations, and visit a lot .

After a very long day, my husband and I took our little one to this Coldstone. The ladies were incredibly sweet from the get go but one of them in particular blew me away. She was so attentive to our daughter while she got all of her mix-ins. My daughter was so happy and sat down to eat her ice cream. As toddlers do, she dropped her ice cream on the floor top first. It was a huge mess and after going up to ask for napkins, one of the ladies told us she’d get us a new one for her. I truly wasn’t expecting that and not only did she get her a new one? She remembered all of the ingredients and the little spoon that was easier for my daughter to handle. She came out herself and handed her the ice cream and my daughter’s face said it all. I left her a tip for how amazing she was. Seriously, thank you!

My husband and I stopped in here on Aug. 10, 2023 after lunch. We love cold stone! On the counter, they were advertising for a rewards program (that I had no idea they had). So while we were pondering on what to order, I signed up for the rewards program - for signing up, you get a buy one get one free, so we immediately used that!

I have been going to Cold Stone for many years with my family and this was our first visit to this location as we just moved to this state, I have to say everyone of the workers especially Vivian were extremely kind and super sweet, well my youngest daughter tripped walking to the table and dropped her little cup of ice cream, her and I cleaned the entire mess off of the floor , then went back up to the counter and Vivian was so sweet and was going to remake it for my daughter but the manager or owner, I'm assuming an older lady with short hair said no you need to charge her again! Very unprofessional and extremely rude! That is absolutely horrible... accidents happen I've never experienced anything like this anywhere I understand it was not the restaurant's fault but give me a break I just spent $50 on ice cream for my large family and tipped very well also! Vivian was so apologetic and I really appreciated that as I think she was shocked she was to charge again as well for the accident!Not ok!It takes a lot to make me angry but this was extremely unprofessional and really not necessary to be treated that way!

We walk in, there's 4-5 employees in there working. We are the only customers in this place, keep in mind. However no one dares to speak a word to us as we waited several minutes. My father in law tries to talk to them, saying "how you guys doin?" No response but they continue talking with one another. I finally say "are you guys open?" No response. I get closer and say it again and one girl responds with "yeah! ... sorry" and just goes back to what she's doing. I understand if you're busy working on other things but you can at least say something to your customers and acknowledge that they are there.. Finally someone comes to help us. We ask for the "love it" and "gotta have it" sizes, and the ice cream barely touched the rim (aka, not enough ice cream at all). We go to coldstone all the time up north and the ice cream is ALWAYS topped well over the rim, and if you look online that's how it is too. Very disappointing experience from this location.

Absolutely my favorite Coldstone location - friendliest staff, very attentive and patient, clean location and they were amazing for letting us put our tables together and stayed past closing even - Above and beyond to say the least - I've never had a bad experience going to this location I think that the poor reviews from the two below were likely past workers or just rude people lol . I have written reviews on places before here both good and bad and THIS for sure calls for 5 stars EVERY time we go.

Great ice cream! Not so great service. The first person to take my order was super sweet, but the second one was not. I ordered two of the regular size cups. Here, there is one worker per cup to make the order. The second girl basically yelled at the first girl for making an honest mistake in what I ordered. I had ordered two of the special flavors and apparently you cannot combine those two flavors which is fine. However the first girl had already made my cup and was very loudly being corrected by the other girl, to the point multiple people could hear. I didn't think that was very professional especially because it was a simple mistake not deserving of such treatment amongst coworkers. When I got to the register with my two cups the second girl rang me up. She put three cups in my order, but I only ordered two. I asked if she rang up three because of the mistake? She then rudely let me know that no it wasn't because of the mistake but rather because I ordered three cups. I pointed to my two cups and said I only ordered two. She thought that my friend who had already paid for her ice cream and was standing to the side was a part of my order. I can understand the confusion in that no problem. She didn't even apologize for the mistake and seemed rather annoyed that I caught that. It was her tone and attitude combined with how she wasn't friendly in correcting her coworker that really put me off to there. Lastly, I left with rather an unkempt bowl because she didn't ask if I wanted my ice cream to go and when I asked for a lid the cup became such a mess to transport. Being mindful that the place was completely packed and little to no seating I'm not sure why it was assumed the ice cream would be enjoyed at the establishment. I've worked in customer service before and being friendly to staff and patrons is of the utmost importance even if there is a rush. This is not to say we don't all have bad days, but just to note that some improvement can be done in the service department.

I got the birthday remix I think is what it was called it wasn't the best but it was decent. I couldn't finish it all because there was so much it immediately made me full. The service was okay too . I would probably go there again just not frequently.
