I really like the ice cream cakes from here, but I’ve been a little disappointed with the customer service. Every time I ask to have a name written on the cake, I’m told the “cake lady” isn’t available. After hearing the same thing multiple times, it honestly feels like an excuse when they’re busy. Since these cakes are often for birthdays or special occasions, I hope they can improve this service for customers.
Excellent ice cream. Owner made me the wrong sizes, but quickly made it right by remaking all of the ice cream. Thank you for the great customer service!
We picked up an ice cream cake for my birthday, and we’re pretty pleased with it. Didn’t feel like it was worth $30, but it served its purpose. The lady working was very nice and informative. She is the sole reason I’m giving a 4 star rating. We’ll stick to Dairy Queen going forward.

The Feeling Lucky! St. Patrick's Day offering, with Lucky Charms-flavored ice cream and edible gold glitter, was a hit. However, the service was slow with long wait times and one of the bathrooms had a strong, unpleasant odor. Prices are on the higher side, but some customers are willing to pay for the occasional treat. Overall, the ice cream is generally good, but the service and cleanliness could use improvement.
