After a very long day, my husband and I took our little one to this Coldstone. The ladies were incredibly sweet from the get go but one of them in particular blew me away. She was so attentive to our daughter while she got all of her mix-ins. My daughter was so happy and sat down to eat her ice cream. As toddlers do, she dropped her ice cream on the floor top first. My husband and I stopped in here on Aug. 10, 2023 after lunch. We love cold stone! On the counter, they were advertising for a rewards program (that I had no idea they had). So while we were pondering on what to order, I signed up for the rewards program - for signing up, you get a buy one get one free, so we immediately used that!

Our ice cream was pretty good but employees seemed like they may have been overwhelmed? There were three people there and it took several minutes for anyone to greet us and take our order.
