I stopped in to grab a caffeinated drink while killing time before an appointment nearby. While waiting, I engaged in standard, polite small talk to pass the time. The employee completely misread basic courtesy and abruptly announced she had a boyfriend. It is incredibly presumptuous and highly unprofessional to treat a customer's basic friendliness as an unwanted romantic advance. I am just here to buy a drink, not to stroke the staff's ego. I will not be returning, as I don't appreciate being treated like a creep for simply being polite.

This was the worst $9.00 dollar coffee ever! I got the iced chocolate raspberry mocha. It tasted like watered down hot chocolate with a hint of raspberry no coffee at all.

The machine charged us an $8 tip on two drinks on accident?? The employee was really nice, but said it wasn’t reversible. But, what I thought was even worse was that she said the employees don’t even get the tips?! I think that’s a dishonest practice…tips by definition should go to the employee directly offering the service. I have no plans to go back here. The drinks were very good, though.
