I’m very angry about the false advertising this restaurant has here on google. Before entering the restaurant, I looked it up on google and made sure to check the menu before coming. The menu said they offered bento boxes. On the google page, click menu and you see a photo of what is allegedly the menu. We got there and all they offered was a $30 all you can eat, cook it yourself buffet. That is great for people who are looking for that, but I was not. I was very disappointed to have had my time wasted.
We’ve been going there many times, and usually, it’s been great. The food quality is solid, the atmosphere is spacious and welcoming, and the service has always been good, especially for the value. But something happened yesterday that completely shocked us—something I’ve never seen in any restaurant.
We were nearly done with our meal when we noticed one of the staff members doing something unimaginable. She was using a pair of scissors, the same kind they use to cut meat for the barbecue, to cut her nails. And if that wasn’t enough, she even used one of the tongs, the same ones they use for grilling meat, to pick at something between her nails and fingers. She treated these utensils like her own personal manicure kit.
It was a quiet Wednesday evening, and there weren’t many people around. She knew we saw her because we made eye contact, but she just looked back and continued as if nothing was wrong. Then, we watched her put these utensils back into the drawer where other supposedly ‘clean’ scissors and skewers were stored.
We were in complete disbelief. To test this, we asked our server to bring us another pair of scissors, and sure enough, they pulled them from the same drawer where those contaminated utensils were placed. It was truly shocking to see such a lapse in hygiene.
We immediately spoke with the manager. Both the manager and the server were visibly shocked, and the manager did apologize and gave us a 50% discount. But honestly, that DOES NOT make up for what we witnessed.
So, if you’re planning to go here, just be cautious. We’ve had good experiences in the past, but this incident was beyond gross. I hope they address this hygiene issue, because it really left a negative impression.

The food was expensive for what it is. The setup at the table is awkward and very cramped with 4 at the table. The atmosphere was ok. The server was good and others servers were helpful in informing us of the meat again as nothing is marked.

Good food, help from staff non existent, a little explanation would go a long way concedering the prices, for 35.00 a person why the hell would I want to figure it out and have to cook my own meal ????
Staff is so friendly and the food and atmosphere and music are all just amazing!

Really enjoyed this place. It is a different concept for Indy, but it is very enjoyable. The place was clean, and I loved the flossed and mouthwash in the restrooms. The robot sings happy birthday to you. The different meats were great. Will go again. Check us out on youtube @gottavisitthemall

Looks like a lot of people in this side of the US still don’t understand the concept of All You Can Eat and comparing it to an a la carte restaurant. This place is one of the cheapest Korean BBQ AYCE with wide variety of menu items and K BBQ is usually expensive if you have to order by plate it’s around 10 to 15 bucks times two and you get all you can eat here
