I'm a born New Yorker, and admittedly a pizza snob. So deep dish Chicago style pizza is new for me. The crust was thin and had the right texture to support the toppings, the sauce is a bit more robust but didn't overpower and overall even the next day it was just as good.. its a bit of a haul from my home for pizza, but I will be back.

I only gave them a knick due to a lack of seating to enjoy the experience in house.

Just happened to be next to Lou's takeout facility and decided to try it. We've been to all the Lou locations since we're from the north, and even the one in Broad Ripple. We had to even drive 40 minutes home with them. Got the usual cheese deep dish and a thin pepperoni. Opened them at home and were as perfect as we would've got them at the restaurant. I don't understand why people keep saying the crust "lacks flavor", it's a simple butter...

Glad they opened in Indiana as Chicago was a long way to go for great pizza. Deep dish doesn't disappoint. Add a topping to blend the flavor above the sauce. Service is great, pizza always hot (keep it level)
