What are you guys doing? Slow service.
Pizza Hut on smithvalley sucks ! Pizza Hut hotline took my order for this store….and my money , however didn’t even tell me the store wasn’t even open . This only after waiting almost 2 hrs on a non-existing pizza order , and my husband , physically going to the store to pick up order, to find it dark inside, doors locked . Even though, hours on door said they should’ve been open Now have to jump thru hoops with corporate to get our money back .

It was a very bad experience. I placed my order online. I went to pick up my order and the box was sealed. I asked if my cheese sauce and marinara were in the box and they told me yes. Of course when I got home they were not in there. I called the store and they said they would give me a $10 credit. I said thank you and I would return to the store for my sauces. When I got there the guy at the counter gave me the sauce and said, I just want to let you know I am the shift manager...read full review
