This is horrible service is horrible they get your order wrong and they speak low on the microphone like speak up. I get that customer service isn’t easy but come on. Very rude I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and got a sandwich full of mayonnaise.

This location used to be a hit just got a meal was off tasting your Mac and cheese tatse like a plastic spoon could not even finish the bite I took if the food out come dont change I dont see you guys being open much longer

Paid $27.77, Waited for over 30 minutes to get cold chicken and mashed potatoes and the drink was flat....will not return or recommend this place...slow and unfriendly as nobody even looks at you.

If you can wait for 40 mins just for an order of Fries and up to 45 mins for any large order, then this place is the best for you ! Keep waiting and waiting and waiting and your hunger dies inside!

Are you in business to make money? I was at this store at the Greenwood mall on Sunday. There was chicken, biscuits and wings all piled ready to be served but when I tried to put in a order the employee informed me that the food I was looking at was for the employees to take home. The food court had not closed and Popeyes was certainly open but I was refused purchase. There was so much food ready and the cook was still cooking more but the employees insisted that it was strictly for them alone. Besides myself, Popeyes wasn't serving anyone. Does the higher management know or approve of this practice? I tried calling 3 different locations but couldn't get through to talk to anyone.

I bought a 10 piece chicken deal with fries and biscuits online on 10/21/25. This is just BAD. The pieces are tiny, flavorless, dried out, and overcooked in obviously old oil. It’s gross, and I can’t believe it was allowed out the door. I can’t tell if the white meat is actually white since it’s so dark. I bet they cooked everything twice.
And to add insult to injury, when I picked it up it wasn’t even under any kind of warmer, but just hanging out in the open.
I’ve had only two bad Popeyes experiences, and the first time was also this location when they first opened.
I’d bury what’s left in my back yard, but I’m afraid someone from Popeyes would dig it up and sell it again to someone else.
They should change the name to KFC, which is closer to the truth. Awful. Expensive and awful.
**Of the 20 reviews before mine, 18 were one star and one was two. Don’t bother saying you’ll ‘address’ anything with your staff. You’re already operating exactly at the level you aim for.

I ordered delivery through Popeyes website a 10pc family meal with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. After it got delivered I discovered there were no biscuits and 90 percent of the 10pc was wings. I've tried calling the store several times with no answer. Avoid this location like the plague. Laziness of employees not reading an order and making sure it's right. Will never go back here. I'd rather eat Kroger fried chicken over this. Update I called for the 8th time and an employee answered and I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. Sounds like the entire staff needs to be fired.

This place sucks. Order some food, the guy stands around for 10 minutes. Okay maybe I'm waiting on fries or fresh chicken. Nope, he just has to put it in a box, which he eventually does. Chicken old, fries old, biscuit hard as a rock, even the coke tasted off, they probably don't clean the nozzles. Terrible place, replace it with another business

I received raw chicken in my DoorDash order tried contacting the store called 7 times no response ! If I don’t receive a call will be showing up in store

Food came cold and disgusting. Gave me whatever was laying around nothing fresh. They do not care about the customers they wouldn’t eat their own food that’s been laying around. Asked for garlic Parmesan wings and I got spicy wings barely covered in sauce and was cold.
