Day time shift always gets the food correct and in a timely manner however apparently night time shift is too busy preoccupied with other things rather than doing their job and completely messes up orders, especially those that are through second party delivery services which furthermore makes refunds difficult. it’s clear there is not a care in the world for quality of food preparation.i ordered a grilled cheese burrito and received a raw tortilla with a small scoop of beans, a sprinkle of shredded cheese and onions. not to mention the power bowl without several ingredients & the box that was missing entirely, just substituted with (1) burrito. definitely do not waste your time or money here after 10pm

I used to really enjoy this location. I would always get my food quickly and my order was never messed up. But recently they must've gotten some new staff, because everytime I go in there all of the employees are just talking with eachother and I have to practically yell at someone to get them to notice my existence (and I am a doordash driver so it is very irritating having to wait on someone to simply hand me the order). Adding on to that, the past 2 times I have personally ordered from there they have forgotten one of my items. Idk if it's a simple mistake or if they're too busy talking to pay attention to my order, but I've lost more money than I'd like to have while simply ordering taco bell from here.

My experience with Taco Bell has always been good. They have never got my order wrong and it's always what I ordered. My favorite is the chalupa which is a must at least one time. Lastly if you have a tight budget you could always get the big box it's only $5 and has a decent amount of food in it.Vegetarian options: You could always get some chips or something like that they don't offer salads or anything like that but I would not suggest this place for someone that is a vegetarian they don't offer anything for just vegetarians.Parking: Plenty of room right by the entrance so you don't have to walk far but it's an ok size parking lot so never have to worry you won't get a spot because there is plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: They offer smaller menu items for the kids and from what I've always seen is the workers having fun not cussing around kids and they are very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramp to worry about so you can wheel yourself right on on np.
This used to be my favorite Taco Bell to go to when I was in the area. NOT ANY MORE! Taco Bell corporate forces us to use the kiosk to order, but they're not training these obnoxious brats about good customer service. Add insult to injury, corporate also decided to cheapen their products, which in turn makes their food tasteless. I used to love their grilled steak soft taco that they created decades ago, but they took THAT off the menu. Used to love their Nachos Bell Grande, but today's was absolutely tasteless. Nice going, CORPORATE! Way to kill your franchises!
