The Original Chicago’s Pizza

I ordered a pizza, but unfortunately it was undercooked and the dough was still raw. I informed the staff, and they apologized and asked us to wait while they prepared a replacement. I appreciated that they were willing to make another one. However, the second pizza was also slightly undercooked in some areas.

My biggest suggestion would be to make the pizzas a little thinner, especially during busy hours, as the thick dough may not cook through properly. It seems that in the rush, no one noticed the pizzas were being served with raw dough. I hope they improve this, as it would make a big difference to the overall experience.

One more thing I’d like to mention: if you appreciate the service provided by the staff, please consider leaving them a cash tip instead of adding it to your card payment. It’s a great way to ensure the staff receive it directly, and they truly deserve the appreciation.

Firstly people over here dont know how to talk with the customer and when i went to the store for pick Up my order i confronted her she went back and start gossiping and Start copying me Will never come back Here again worker are so rude they are not respectful toward customers we pay for the food they didnt give us free so they show attitude
