I got my order and it was not fresh! I had already made it home by the time I realized. I called the next day, and Sophia said I could get my order replaced. I was went that night and AGAIN the order was not fresh. the fries were not even that hot. Idk about u, but I know what fresh food taste like and I am extremely disappointed that my second time around they didn’t go above and beyond to satisfy a frequent customer. I just want my money back.

Went here a couple of days ago. Got a 4 and 5 piece meals for myself and my friend. I was so disappointed in the taste of or the lack of taste in the chicken. This is NOT the Zaxby’s chicken I’ve had in the past. It was rubbery and one piece was a little under cooked. I paid my hard earned $$$ here hoping for the flavor I’d missed from my old Zaxby’s from when I lived in Florida. Not sure I’ll be going back to this one anytime soon. I can say the store was clean and staff was friendly but the cooks need to up their game!

Paid 30 dollars for three plates of food that looks like this. Ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves serving food like this. Food taste horrible also. Just started eating. Kids don't even like chicken or fries. How do you mess up chicken and fries. Horrible. Never again. This is what's left and being thrown away. Kids said fries taste like came from trash. Other picked all the hard stuff off chicken. I hate mine cause I'm a dad and just deal with it. Nasty nasty. Don't go here. Now we have to go home and eat something else. ThanksWhat good does it do to go to Zaxby's feedback when no one gets back with you. Lost this family as a customer.

The girl at the window was pleasant, but there were some logic flaws with discount options presented. The manager insisted and did not consider reason. I should have canceled the entire order, left with nothing, and went back later, just to prove the point to that team. Zaxbys I don't have time to train your people and the environmental impact of that decision concerned me enough that I just drove away. Maybe this note will help someone.The corporate team agreed it should have gone differently. The manager was wrong and it's because they failed to even consider an alternative viewpoint from their own. Then corporate made zero retention effort attempt, not that I wanted one or asked, just a note for the interested. Food quality compared to other Zaxby's was poor. The veggies rolls were fine and the sandwich was fine, until I opened it. Someone served me bad lettuce, not wilted, not turned... rotting lettuce. The nibbler tender selected was smaller and a good bit of it was tail breading. The lettuce in the salad at least looked better, still a few signs of wilting, albeit another smaller overheld grilled chicken selection.I'm no one special, I just visit a lot of Zaxbys across the nation. This location by my house will never see me or my family again.

We purposely seek out zaxbys when there is one in the area we are visiting. Not only was the food phenomenal (as usual) but the staff was very patient with us and super sweet and helpful! We came in 10 mins before they closed the lobby, to get to go food, they gave us no sass or attitude for being so close to the doors lock time. They gladly helped us and sent us away with a thank you and a smile.
Poor service and lackluster food. But, the restaurant was clean.
