Usually I give this place 4 or 5 stars. Everything is usually very good!! ☺️ But today (July 4), I was a little disappointed. We went through the drive-thru and I ordered a wings meal plain (not tossed in sauce) with some of their Zax sauce on the side instead of tossed (I love their sauce!!). We purposely seek out zaxbys when there is one in the area we are visiting. Not only was the food phenomenal (as usual) but the staff was very patient with us and super sweet and helpful! We came in 10 mins before they closed the lobby, to get to go food, they gave us no sass or attitude for being so close to the doors lock time. They gladly helped us and sent us away with a thank you and a smile.
