The food. The wait is long but it’s fresh
Terrible service at the Popeyes in Griffith!! Sat in drive thru for 40+ minutes waiting to place order. They announce that drive was now closed after sitting there for so long. Drive through person was unapologetic and like she did not care. I called corporate and they really need to consider either replacing manager or shutting the place down. Very poor service, and not the first time I’ve experienced and friends and family. Horrible…
I totally understand that they were short staffed (like every where else) but their set up needs major work. They only had one line for orders. No separate line for DoorDash. I had ordered on line and was told my food would be ready by 220pm. I get there at 215pm and waited in that single line for 15mins. Once it was more my turn they didn’t even have my order ready!! They didn’t even have my online ticket…I had to pull my order up on my cell to show them! While I was waiting...read full review
