“So today I stopped in for my first meal and it was excellent. I ordered the meat loaf with a salad, rice,and collard greens. Whomever runs the kitchen really knows what they are doing. The young lady who took my order was very kind and friendly. The entire place was very clean, including the restroom, which is always a plus. I will be a frequent flier here.”

“A group of men from our church meet here weekly for morning coffee and deeper discussion. The coffee is tremendous, as is the selection and variety. The staff are always accommodating, friendly, and capable. The shop is homey, and offers a wide selection of crafted goods beyond coffee and pastries. Like any specialty business, The Coffee Peddlar DOES have its rushes, and there are times when the line becomes long, but that is also a testament to the quality and popularity of this cool coffee shop in 'Old Harrison'! Prices are comparable to other independent coffee houses. There is an outdoor courtyard for use during suitable weather.”

“Great restaurant. We we're greeted and seated immediately. Everything about this pizzaria is top notch. The pizza is probably the best we've had in the area and the prices very fair considering the high quality of the food. Atmosphere was very warm as the staff. Free parking is plentiful and close for anyone that has a handicap restriction. Enjoy!!!”

And speaking of bar their drinks are reasonably priced and so good, the atmosphere is just chill everyone is nice and makes you stay a little longer and have a few more drinks! “First time visiting this restaurant. My wife had the Mac Tavern salad and I had the 4 piece fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. We both enjoyed our meals and will definitely return. It is off the beaten path and signage is about nonexistent. Don't let the pictures of the chicken scare you. I honestly didn't taste the pepper even though it was very visible in the breading. We had multiple servers and all of them were pleasant, but it made the service seem a little hit and miss, but still good.”
