My wife and I visit 2-3 times a month, never disappointed. Have never had a bad meal there and our waitress Glenda is super. Fav is the omelettes "huge" you can get 3 meals out of them. Service is always fast and we always give a good tip. Don't change a thing!

While in Fort Wayne for a doctor appointment, we decided to find a restaurant nearby for breakfast. Found Lakeside Cafe during a google search and was not disappointed. The restaurant features breakfast and lunch. Many selections to choose from, but we opted for the standard egg plate with hash browns, meat and pancakes. All for $5.99. The portions were huge and each came with 4 pieces of bacon. One plate would have fed both of us - we had 4 breakfasts just buying 2 selections. Service was fast and friendly. No empty coffee cups - all filled with a smile. While the location was a little suspect the restaurant was definitely worth the visit!

We went in for dinner at 6:30 on a Friday night & they were out of steaks, brisket and a few other items. We chose tenderloin sandwiches which neither of us liked, it was flavor/breading we didn't care for. The spicy pickles were very good & for 7.00 the serving was a heaping dinner plate. They weren't spicy but were the best we've had. Service was excellent and we would eat there again. Nice place, very clean & friendly. Parking is not the best especially for handicap parking. Give it a try, it's a local family owned and operated business that needs the community support to thrive.

Wife had a cheeseburger and potatoes which the cheeseburger was good. I had smothered chicken breast with fried potatoes....... Brussel sprouts ( not cooked) and a side salad. The chicken breast was so tough I couldn't pry it apart. The potatoes were baked potatoes just cut up into chunks and some we're only half cooked. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. Definitely would not order again

Had the jumbo brisket (brisket on a baked potato with toppings--my husband and I shared it since it was SO big) and tried the pork loin at Byler Lane Winery last night. All delicious food and the staff is friendly. Thanks!

ROD and I had an errand to run Sunday and we stopped at the LakeSide Grill Restaurant in Hamilton what a great place to eat, the food was delicious and we brought enough home for tonight supper, you haveto stop there you can eat in or call out in their Pizza is fantastic it's the best pizza restaurant I have ever eaten at on top of their cod fish, their brussel sprouts vegetables steamed fried in a delicious sauce with a happy smiling waitress that sure does make your day

The cod was delicious. It was hard choosing what l wanted. There was a chicken salad special that looked WONDERFUL but l had chicken salad for lunch. The manager was very friendly and so was the atmosphere. Also very clean.
